I've used other house cleaning services over the years and this company greatly exceeds all of them in quality work, customer service and integrity. From the owners to the staff! We started with them in April this year (maybe further back) and have had ZERO complaints to date. Abby (owner) has helped my husband and I through a difficult year of health issues with her empathy and understanding by helping with our needs for the scheduling. Amberly (office mgr) provides great customer service over the phone and patiently answers any and all of your questions. Tosha's house cleaning abilities are exceptional. Her personality and loving spirit is heart-warming and special. The ladies work in 2 person teams at a minimum so that speeds up how long it takes for your service, which is fantastic for people like us with health issues who need faster service as long as it doesn't jeopardize the quality of the work. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using this service. You will never need another service again!!

Steven arrived on time, did a thorough walk to see the major spots and areas we wanted addressed. Then he brought the equipment, setup protective covers for corners of the stairs and other areas to prevent the hoses from scratching any of our surfaces. Would 10/10 recommend based on the full service + friendliness of the employee

I have been using Squeaky Clean for two years now. They provide excellent service, are always on time, and very friendly. If I ever have any concerns, which is rare, they address it immediately! I had to cancel/reschedule a couple times at the last minute and they were very understanding. I know my house is going to get a very thorough clean each time they come, every two weeks!

I've only used Go Squeaky Clean a couple of times, a Deep Clean and a regular cleaning but i can say already that they are great!! Amberly is an awesome Team Leader and is very thorough, she's always kind and respectful of my home and very punctual! If for some reason something was missed, Amber is super easy and very responsive to talk to about it and get it taken care of and easy to work with, amazing Customer Service (rare these days) but they have it figured out! I would most definitely recommend Go Squeaky Clean!! 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just wanted to share this 5 star review as a thank you to the Go Squeaky Clean management and staff. I loved the simplicity of booking, the reliability of the process and the quality of the service received. Alyssa and Sheryl were the awesome duo that came to my house for the Tidy Up package and I really much enjoyed having them at my home. They are trustworthy and respectful individuals that were very attentive and cordial. They put a lot of effort into making sure everything was the best. Thanks to their service, I plan to book regularly. It is not easy to find quality, affordable prices, and great people to let into your home to help you take good care of it. I also did and added on the dryer vent cleaning. Don’t wait until the dryer stops working at Go Squeaky Clean they got you. I hope this review helps some other families looking into these services, I rely more on recommendations than anything else.

Go Squeaky Clean provides phenomenal service. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve used them several times and have never had any issues. They do a consistently thorough job, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. I highly recommend their services.

Only downside so to speak is that the company as a whole uses a Swifter instead of a mop, but that was easily remedied by reaching out and talking to them about it. They offered to use my mop which was a fantastic solution and I’m as happy can be! Highly recommend!

My experience was great! I needed our house cleaned up to photograph and put on the market, and the online scheduling system was easy, detailed, and fairly priced. Tosha and Amanda showed up on time, professional, were extremely friendly, and did a wonderful job cleaning! I am so thankful for their help and will be giving them a call once our house and sold.

We had our dryer vent cleaned out by Go Squeaky Clean LLC, and they did an excellent job. They were nice, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. I would trust them in my home anytime. I will also be using them again in the future for other services they offer.

The ladies that has worked our home have always been very efficient and professional. They always show up cheerful and ready to work! We’ve been customers now for about 2 years, and have no plans to look elsewhere.

UPDATE March 2026: We are still very satisfied with the level of expertise shown by the Go Squeaky Clean professionals. They have a system for cleaning every inch of your home in accordance with the payment plan you chose. We find their very reasonable in relations to the service we receive.

These guys do an amazing job every time! My wife and I began doing quarterly deep cleans with them and our house has never looked so good. The staff is amazing, they leave the house cleaner than the day we moved in. We will continue to use Go Squeaky Clean.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent cleaning service. Despite following the provided checklist, the job quality was subpar—a standard clean at best.

For instance, soap scum was left on the blinds near the shower, and water spots remained on the shower door. These are just a couple of examples, but the overall result didn't meet the standards of a deep cleaning that I paid for. See pictures below.

Additionally, there was a discrepancy with the service provided versus the quote. The original quote was for 3 cleaners for 4 hours, but I received 2 cleaners for 4 hours, totaling $508.32. This does not align with the quoted rates of $430-$530 for the agreed-upon service (low end $430= 3 cleaners 4 hours, high end/$530= 3 cleaners 6 hours). See screen shot from email below.

I won’t be using this company again. If others choose to hire them, I recommend a thorough inspection of the work and immediate correction of any issues.

This was my first time using the Go Squeaky Clean services and I couldn't be happier. My house is very clean and smells so good. Cheyenne and Tasha did an amazing job. I recommend their work to anyone.

We’ve been using Go Squeaky Clean for several months now and overall, I’ve been really happy with them. Barb, Jamie, Callie, and Amberly, as well as a few other people have all cleaned our home at different times, and they’ve each been friendly, professional, and done a really nice job.

There have been a couple of times when something wasn’t cleaned quite as well as I expected, but what really stood out to me was how the owner handled it. She was quick to respond, genuinely wanted to make things right, and even sent a team back out to re-clean the area. That kind of follow-through means a lot.

I also really appreciate how thoughtful they’ve been about our specific needs. I have a family member with a latex allergy, which could have been a concern, but both the owner and lead trainer took it seriously. They made sure no latex products were brought into our home, double-checked supplies, and patiently answered all my questions.

Overall, everything with Go Squeaky Clean has been a really good experience. The people are kind, the work is overall solid, and any small issues are quickly resolved.

If you're on the fence I'd highly recommend giving them a shot.
