Although I have a home warranty, I couldn’t have asked them to send a better company to repair my air-conditioning. I was out of town when it went out and my daughter didn’t realize that it wasn’t user error. The unit truly needed help and this company came out on a Saturday afternoon and had it fixed so fast! I highly recommend this company!!!

The motor in our heating/cooling system had seized up and we reached out to Williams Services for a repair. After an evaluation and a discussion about our options, we decided it was time for an upgraded heating and cooling system (our house was nearing the twenty-year mark so it was time). Mr. Williams installed this beast (pictured below) and it is fantastic. I liked that Mr. Williams was the first and last person we had contact with. He personally came to our home for the evaluation, he arrived with his team on the day of installation and he was there when the project was complete to test the new system. Mr. Williams and his team were polite, professional and left the work area nice and clean. It's also worth noting that this is a local company and there's no better time than now to support local business owners :) Thanks Derek!!

We had a fantastic experience with Williams Services AC and heating. The owner, Derek personally attended to our service request. He was prompt, professional, and fixed our AC quickly. He was very attentive and explained things in terms we could understand and most of all he was patient with all of our questions. He thoroughly discussed all of our options and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend for all of your HVAC needs!

We got excellent service from Mark today. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained our air conditioning issues. We now have a cool comfortable house again. Very good service and very pleased with Mark.

The Willard rereaentative, came early in the day, and Michael was kind, courteous and knowledgeable explaining each step of my HVAC maintenance plan. He even changed my filter, worked efficiently, quietly and quickly during the process! What a great company and technicians like Michael, never disappoint!

Very pleasant experience. Ronaldo communicated he was on his way, got the job done, quickly, and was on his way. Very nice young man and explained everything he did and why it had to be done. I, highly, recommend the company and Ronaldo!!

We got great service from Willard. Kaylie Grandell was the technician sent to us. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed our air conditioning issue. We now have a comfortable cool home again. We also have a leak in our hot water heater and she has worked very hard to get us a great price and will get that replaced tomorrow. Very good service and very pleased with Kaylie.

Lee did a fantastic job. It is always a pleasure to see that he is my service rep. He is thorough, very neat and clean, extremely personable and a very comfortable and safe feeling man to have in my house doing work!

I can’t say enough good things about Willard Heating, Cooling and Plumbing—especially their technician, Quinton McKeehan. We had another company come out and tell us we had a slab leak and quote us thousands of dollars to fix it. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion.

Quinton came over, ran a test, and within minutes correctly diagnosed the issue. What we were told would be a massive, expensive problem turned out to have a simple solution. His honesty alone was incredibly refreshing.

Quinton was professional, patient with all of my questions, and an absolute true pro from start to finish. Because of him, I will be using Willard from here on out. If you’re lucky enough to get Quinton, you’re in excellent hands

I bit off more than I could chew trying to fix things myself on into the night, but finally realized I need professional help. He showed up after dark and I offered to help out, but he put us At Ease by saying he would handle everything... and He DID.

We had a pipe break (water line to the house) sometime yesterday. I didn't notice the stream of water flowing down my frint walkway until late about 1pm. I called Baker Bros (as a family plan member). Unfortunately my issue wasn't considered an emergency for them so the soonest they could get me on the schedule was Wednesday. I Googled plumbers and Willard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing popped up. They were able to get me on the schedule for today and advised that if weatjer conditions improved yesterday, theyd try to get out to see me then. Dave(?) came out first to look at the pipe and provided a reasonable quote. Apparently the old copper pipe was the issue. He added that it wasnt amything that i did or anything that I could'vedone to prevent this. The pipe was a casualty of the below freezing temps. I forgot what type of pipe he said they'd use but it was more durable. Brandon Nichols was able to come out today to complete the work. He installed & tested the new cut off valves. One had a little bit of a kink in it so he fixed it and now we have water again! The customer service was great from the moment I called (in a near panic). I highly recommend Willard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing!!!

I had some concerns about my New HVAC that was installed by Willard . Due to the extreme cold weather we are currently experiencing I wanted to make sure my unit was functioning properly.

De’undrey came and serviced my unit . He explained everything and why I was experiencing the issues . He resolved everything and check the system out thoroughly.

Had Justice out here for a plumbing maintenance call. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained each of the recommendations thoroughly. We appreciate his extensive knowledge and ability to identify each issue while providing solutions. Very happy with the professionalism of Willard plumbing. Cody is definitely a good person. I have used Willard before but it has never been Cody till today. He did everything he possibly could for us. He did awesome work and I will definitely continue to use Willard as long as Cody comes to do the work. You did good Willard with hiring him. He is a good guy and his work is awesome.

This is my second time working with Willards and have had great results for my plumbing. They come and address the primary issues while appropriately advising for potential problems especially with old piping.

I got to work with Zack B. in my most recent service call and I appreciated his politeness, professionalism, and thoroughness to get the job done. He communicated well and often on what his next steps were, what he wanted me as the homeowner to know and potential resolution options to issues.

I would recommend Willard’s especially Zach B. to friends and family.

This is the second job Ronaldis Calderon has done for us, and once again, his work was outstanding. He installed a TV wall media box to hide all the wires and create a clean, professional look. The installation was done perfectly — neat, precise, and exactly what we wanted. Ronaldis is always punctual, courteous, and takes real pride in his work. We’ve been very pleased with both projects he’s completed for us and will definitely call on him again for future work. Cody M. installed a kitchen faucet replacement for us. He was very friendly, informative and explained everything thoroughly. Then afterwards, he showed me what he did and tested everything out to make sure there were no leaks and that it all works. Every technician we’ve had come to our house for different services has been really good. We definitely recommend Willard!

Absolutely love finally finding a company that is honest and will show you what they are working on and explain why. Cody was amazing and thorough and made me feel confident when it came to replacing our hot water heater with a tankless. No sales pitch, pure honesty when I asked him all the questions I had. He spent over two hours making sure I could lay eyes on every part of the process and be secure in what we were getting. Definitely returning for future house repairs and upgrades
