We love infinity! We use them for our business and home. We have maintenance contracts and have had a new install at our home. They are very professional. We have always received same day service for emergencies. They are honest, and show videos and pictures to explain problems with our units so we can understand. We have always received fantastic customer service!

Infinity Air took great care of me and my household. They are wonderful people from management to technicians. Would highly recommend and will be using their services in the future.

Infinity air was great to work with. It was a pleasure working with Jordan at the office to learn about the different options for HVAC replacement for our home. We had a complete replacement and the main reason I chose infinity air is because he wasn’t just trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. He was honest and gave his opinion on what he would do if it were his home. It felt personalized!

The technicians the day of the install were all very polite and professional. Praying for a long lasting unit for years to come, but thank you infinity air!

Do not recommend using this company! Ran by private equity. Best bet they are over charging on their services!

Couldn't be happier! AC stopped working. Called Infinity Air which responded quickly. Diagnosed the issue quickly gave me options, explained everything well and the price was reasonable. Tech was super nice and helpful!

Chase came out to give a second opinion on 8/6/25 and showed me that not only was my blower motor out but my blower wheel was completely rusted( which the first guy did not mention at all about the rust). He was told it would be 4 weeks before that part came in, which would mean no AC for that time but he went the extra mile and found the part. On Tuesday morning 8/12/25 he personally drove up to Tyler Texas at 5am picked up the part and installed it at my house that same morning. His honesty, integrity, and care for the customers he meets is hard to find in today’s world. I would recommend chase to anyone. I already recommend him to my in laws which will be calling for a tune up in the next few weeks.

I pay a monthly membership to have someone come in and spend less than 15mins “maintaining the quality of the unit.” My ac went out 2 years in a row with them. Last year they charged me an additional $1500+ to fix it, when I was already paying monthly. A recent outage occurred similar to previous year, they tried to charge me for two relays ( when I only needed one), a compositor, and a starter kit (that I didn’t need) which they stated would be $1800+. I ended up getting those parts for $110 at an appliance shop in Dallas and it took me about 15 minutes to put the parts on so it was an easy fix. I would not recommend them.

The service was excellent and wonderfully seamless. Thursday night we learned our system was failing, in spite of the rain storm they were here Saturday and provided us with solutions for our almost 30 year old system. Tuesday they had out whole system replaced and restored to good operation. All of the pricing was reasonable, easy to understand, service was clean, efficient and overall a great experience.

Completed a system installation with Infinity Texas Air, and we are very pleased with their services and the process! Chase was so helpful-- he took the time to identify the problem and not just generalize/speculate. Chase provided repair and replace options, and we chose to replace the old (2003) system. Jordan gave us a fair price and helped to coordinate the install team for the next day! Baudel and his teammate handled the tearout and install with incredible courtesy and professionalism! Top notch team from start to finish!

I read multiple company reviews and decided on Infinity Air. Booked appointment on line and was contacted the same day to confirm. Received another call the morning of the appointment saying the technician was on his way. Professional, honest and informative. I had a great experience with this company and now have an affordable maintenance plan with them for both cooling and heating.

Infinity Texas Air did an outstanding job replacing my AC and furnace. They were extremely friendly, professional, and finished everything quickly — in less than a day. They made me feel very comfortable, and I’m truly pleased with the work. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were both impressed with how detailed our service tech (James) was in outlining the issues, showing photos, and thoroughly explaining the main problem at hand as well as other potential issues. Options were laid out and discussed with no high pressure tactics. A part needed to be ordered for a warranty claim and we look forward to them completing the work and plan to use them again in the future.

Tried to make me buy a system that I didn't need. Got a second opinion & I was lied to. I received a range of $12,000 to $30,000 for a new air conditioner system. The second opinion only cost me $1800.
