I was very pleased with the service I received from MedPlumb. I had a kitchen faucet blow apart and they set an appointment that worked with my schedule and even called to let me know they would be a bit late. Also called when they were about 20 minutes out. 2 young gentlemen quickly took care of the busted faucet and had my new one in within a few minutes. I knew that there would be a bit of leakage from unhooking the old one and had towels ready. But, they had their own and cleaned it up leaving it neat. They even checked to make sure it was working ok and no leaks then gathered up the trash and broken faucet and took it with them to dispose of. I will definitely be calling them for future problems.The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid and it was at least $200 cheaper then another company. Not many, actually none that I have worked with before, have called back the following day to make sure it was working fine and I was happy with it. I give them 5 stars because they earned them. I highly recommend them.
