Showed up on time and described exactly what needed to be done. Both the plumber and his assistant were both professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was estimated and honored. I would recommend them and would use their services again when needed.

MedPlumb was originally called out to fix what turned out to be another plumbing service's poor installation of a tank-less water heater, which was causing a leak. They arrived between the hours as they promised. The plumbers were polite, accessed the current situation, and fixed the problem. Because they were true professionals the were very hesitant to just blame the other plumbing service, something so many tradesman tend to do. The next day we noticed more water dripping from a pipe coming from our ceiling over the same tank-less water heater. I phoned and expressed my concerns. MedPlum sent the same two plumbers on a Friday night to see what was going on. It was determined, I actually had a NEW issue, something the previous plumbing service had caused. The plumbers fixed this new issue and they refused to accept payment. A plumbing service that refuses to take payment!!!!? They explained their boss and company policy was to make their customers 110% happy, and they should have explored this when they were first here.
Needless to say, I am a 110% happy customer, and will continue to use and recommend MedPlum.

Working with Eric and his assistant, James, was a breath of fresh air. Their expertise shined through in every aspect – from their punctual arrival to their clear, eloquent explanations. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also brought a friendly, professional approach that made the entire service experience smooth and reassuring. I will recommend MedPlumb LLC for life. They rescued me from my plumbing mayhem. I bought an old home with clay plumbing, needed my sewer line replaced, they came out diagnosed the issue. Started getting permits that day, I was up & running in the next couple of days. I didn’t have to do anything, they were experts & communicated exactly what they were doing. I’m so grateful!! I tried installing a bidet, and it didn't exactly go well...ended up breaking the whole toilet. Whoops! Luckily I called MedPlumb and they were able to come out the same day. They were fantastic about communication, and our Plumbers were very knowledgeable and forthcoming about how they could fix our plumbing problem. They explained a few different options with clear prices, and we decided to go ahead and get a new toilet installed (as ours was 20 years old and builder grade). Both of our technicians were quick, courteous, on time, and the bill we got was the EXACT price we were quoted. No surprises here! Eric even installed the bidet that caused this whole debacle. Haha! 100% would recommend. Also love that they are a local company! #shoplocal

I needed my gas water heater replaced as it had went out. Mike came out on a Sunday and replaced my water heater quickly and efficiently and got my hot water back on for me. He was quick, courteous and professional. Highly recommend him and Pipe Dreams for any plumbing needs.

If you need a great plumber hire Mike and staff. He's was on time and worked tirelessly til job was done. Price was amazing!! Had to go thru brick on outside and replaced it. Can't even tell the brick was taken out. I am sooo pleased and I'm sure you will be too. Hire Pipe Dreams folks.

Professional, on-time and quality service. Travis replaced two exterior hose spigots at our home in Heath/Forney. Travis and his apprentice were very friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Travis took a little bit of his time to explain (we recently relocated from out of state) how our fresh water and drainage systems operate, how to prevent future damage and how best to maintain our indoor plumbing for our local conditions. We had a water heater line leak after hours and Bestway Plumbing came out quickly. Their after hours service call was very reasonable. Travis had the issue fix in no time and we are very satisfied with his work. We will definitely use Bestway Plumbing again!

This is the only plumbing company you will ever need! We called several local plumbing companies around Forney to help us with a drain blockage. Most of them didn't even answer! Then, our neighbor recommended Bestway Plumbers, because they replaced a tankless water heater last month and provided a great service. I called and they answered right away, got me same day service, and even called to tell me they were on their way. Our sewer clog happened on Saturday and it was a nightmare, so I was surprised they could come so fast. Their plumber showed up and promptly took care of it. with an snake auger. I was impressed with his efficiency, and he didn't try to pile up extra charges.

They seem honest so far. We are going to hire them for the sewer repair since they gave us a great quote! (I'll update once we get the sewer line replacement done). Definitely a company that are premier providers of customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were precise with the time they have to be here at my house and were quick and walked in with booties on their shoes and kept the place free of mess. Great to work with and will be calling them again. We’ve used multiple other and they didn’t show up and others who just kept changing times. These guys where professionals all the way!
