Reviews of local pros in Forney, Texas

Nada Junk Removal is the BEST! Always fast & friendly, 100% recommend for any of your hauling needs. We have used them many times, from small to big & have always been impressed with their quickness and professionalism.

The team at Nada Junk Removal were professional and timely from my first phone call. I needed the remains of a demolished out building as well as some old fencing hauled away. Don promptly came out in person to bid the job which was very fair. He was flexible with my schedule and even accommodated a last minute timing change for me. The guys were respectful and easy to deal with. They were careful not to damage my property as some of the items were heavy/bulky. It took multiple trailer loads, but they worked quickly and got my yard cleaned up nicely. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any junk removal needs and I highly recommend them!

I called this company for a mattress removal. Not only were they reasonably priced, but he came within two hours and it was an absolutely seamless process. I actually went with this company because the person on the phone was so friendly and flexible. I will be keeping them in mind for any future jobs.

10/10 Would recommend!! They were very fast at responding, collaborative with me on what exactly I wanted removed and put everything else up neatly without me asking. I'm looking forward to working with them again!!

Great overall experience! Tim is very knowledgable and assisted me through the entire process of replacing my roof. Highly recommend!

Was waiting weeks for the people to come repair my house and send me a quote like they said they were going to, we were referred to Tim && he came out same day and had a quote for us within the hour. Came next day and finished the reconstruction 😊 never had to call and ask where he was because was here when he said he would be. Highly recommend

I am a realtor in the DFW area and Landmark is my go to for roofing and general contracting for my clients. They are always punctual, courteous, and work in a very timely manner. I recommend these guys very highly.

Tim is always great to work with. Responsive, thorough, and does good work. He has helped me with a complete house renovation, flooring, painting, roofing, plumbing, and electrical.

Landmark was great to work with. They were responsive, timely, and did a quality job. I'll definitely be using them again!

Hands down the roofing and construction company I will use from now on. Needed a new roof and they were there that day inspected and helped me with every step on filing a claim with my insurance. Went above and beyond to put a patch in place due to the high winds damage. Once approved by insurance it felt like if you blinked you would have missed them being there removing old roof and the new one was on before you knew it. It was also flawless and beautiful. I have them working on other projects on my house and they are very responsive and upfront about costs and what would be a better option. I would recommend them to everyone.

Tim Wright & Landmark Construction did the storm damage (May 2024) repairs on my house...roof, gutters, soffit/fascia repair w/ paint, big tree cut down and removed. Everyone, all the subs, were great guys, professional, great work! Tim was onsite all day during install, made sure the work was done to spec and to my liking.
Tim stayed on top of things, kept me informed and guided me thru the whole process, including dealing with my insurance company. His tips, knowledge and guidance were invaluable...very much appreciated.

Taylor was my contact and he was nothing but professional and very communicative. Never left me hanging. And got me a quote same day! He turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare roof (leak on my first day of home ownership full panic mode) into a very simple patch that was extremely reasonably priced. And perfectly blended, I couldn’t even tell where they had patched (good size section was repaired probably a 4x4 area) The guys left no mess. When I go to do the full roof, they will be my first call Without a doubt

Tim was very knowledgeable on providing services due to recent storms in May. He went above and beyond helping us with the claims process so we could get the necessary repairs made. Never once hesitated when we had a question and kept us up to date on progress. His crew was exceptional in punctuality, as well as doing a thorough and a great job on our roof! One thing that stuck out in my mind was the cleanup after the work was done. I was extremely impressed with how expedient and professional the cleanup was!! We will definitely go with them on any future projects! Highly recommend!!!!

We highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone in need of roof replacement, remodeling and/or restoration services! Their fast, friendly service and attentive, great communication truly set them apart. Tim & his team have worked on several projects in & around our home and truly embraced our ideas even when they were changing in the middle of projects.

Landmark built our detached garage and has replaced our roof for us! They were very communicative, knowledgeable, and kept us informed and comfortable through both. The final products were excellent and we would highly recommend them!
