I am writing this review to thank this company for having wonderful customer service. I spoke with Jordan Ooka and he was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable! I am an Old Lady and he was patient because I have to get an understanding. I ask a lot of questions. He also worked with me on scheduling.

We contacted Serve Pro after we had a water leak. Willie, Ricky and Kevin saw the job thru from day 1 until their job was completed! They were friendly and professional and did the BEST job! I am so thankful for them and the job they did! Would HIGHLY recommend Serve Pro to family and friends. We appreciate their hard work! The Wilson's

The SERVPRO team of Mesquite was extremely professional from the start. Haley was very responsive and great in coordinating all the logistics with my adjuster, the on-site team and myself. The on-site team exceeded my expectations!! Doris and her team were very professional and experts at getting my home back in shape from the construction build back! Because I am extremely happy with the end results, I have recommended Doris and her team to assist me with my Mom’s home once their build back is completed. They are well above a FIVE STAR team!! They work is stellar!!

I am especially disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service I have received from ServPro of Mesquite. I am looking to resolve a billing and payment dispute after making over $40K in payments. I have made numerous phone calls, e-mails, and the verbal promises I did received have gone unfulfilled over a 3 month period of time. Given this incredibly bad experience with ServPro of Mesquite I would not recommend using their services. My billing issues are still outstanding at the time I am writing this review.

Servpro was contacted by my insurance company to begin the flood restoration on my home. The office staff and employees who came to my home were so courteous and helpful from beginning to end. My phone calls and texts were handled promptly. They completed the work in a timely manner and the work was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Servpro to any of my friends.

Servpro of Mesquite was amazing to work with! They traveled from TX to Central IL for massive flooding we had earlier this summer and from the office staff to their work crew, they were all super friendly, professional, and efficient. Their cleanup work saved me and my husband from so much stress!

I would never recommend Servpro of Mesquite/Forney to anyone. From the very beginning, this company has been nothing but unprofessional. After my house fire in February 2024, they showed up at my door within an hour, claiming my insurance company had sent them—which I later confirmed was not true. My insurance company had nothing to do with contacting them. I have since heard that some companies in this industry are known to monitor police scanners and show up at fire scenes to solicit business, and that seems to be exactly what happened here.

They promised me that repairs would take no more than six weeks. In reality, it dragged out to 6-7 months with excuse after excuse and constant delays. The subcontractors they hired completely destroyed parts of my home, my personal belongings, and even sabotaged my plumbing. To this day, I’m still dealing with the damage they caused.

Servpro repeatedly told me my damaged items would be replaced. They replaced a few things but left many others unresolved, always promising they’d “get it taken care of” but never following through. Now, they’ve stopped returning my calls altogether. Every time I try to reach someone, I’m told they’re “in a meeting”—all day, every day. On the rare occasions I do speak to someone, I’m told I’ll get a call back, but the calls never come.

This has been the most frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They lie, they dodge accountability, and they keep using the same terrible subcontractors despite knowing the damage they’ve caused. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid Servpro at all costs. They will not help you—they will make things worse.

The team, Tim, Mike and Sam was amazing. As traumatic and frustrating as the flooding was, these guys walked me through every step and assured me they would take care of it. They kept the atmosphere light, professional and even made me laugh a few times. Though I hope I don't need the service again, if I do, I'd want this same team. I am very thankful and appreciative of Servpro for their time and services.

I want to give a shout out to Carl at Serv pro of mesquite for making my experience with them so amazing . He was so kind and took the time to help me understand the process . He took over the job and made things happen . I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me . Thanks to Carl and his team for getting a great contractor and his team to get the job done with the repairs from a storm . Love my new windows and back door . Great work !!

Highly recommend! They do an excellent, detailed job every time and keep my home looking great. Very trustworthy and I feel completely comfortable having them in my home even when I’m traveling. When I’m working from home, they’re efficient, respectful, and not disruptive. Reliable, professional, and consistent every time.

Marisela and her team were amazing! Great price and the ladies showed up quick last minute for a move out cleaning. They left the house super clean and smelling great! Will absolutely use again!

This cleaning company has been cleaning for me for about a year now. They are very good and very reasonable. Marcela is a great and speaks really good English. I definitely recommend if you’re in the Forney area.
