Reviews of local pros in Forney, Texas

THANK YOU Mr. KRETZ for responding as quick as you did to get our repair done over the weekend!!!
Mr. IZIAH URTEAGA was very meticulous thru out the repair! He took pride in his work and was very professional!

We woke up to a plumbing emergency (leaking water heater) on a Sunday morning. We called several plumbers who were not willing to work on Sunday, but when I called Kretz Plumbing, Mike was here within an hour. He explained the problem and gave us a reasonable quote right away. They also offered a financing option which was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the friendly, professional service they provided. Thank you Jason and Mike for your excellent customer service!!!

Excellent friendly service! Received a text with a picture of my plumber before they arrive and a text when they were on the way. The picture is a great practice to prevent scammers and thieves. They completed the plumbing job quickly and efficiently. I found their rates to be reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kretz Plumbing is a five star company! Mike and Jason are amzing - professional, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend Kretz Plumbing for anyone in need of top-quality service!!!

They arrived quickly after hours and resolved my issue. Connor was great!

Apparently we had a sprinkler system in our new backyard, i had no idea until the city sent us a letter telling us we needed a backflow tester (idk what that is either) great news though I don't have to know, tbh I didn't have to do much after I called Kretz. They handled all the back and forth with the city inspector, wrapped up the fees in their price, didn't care that my yard was a wreck. Everyone was super nice, super respectful, and explained what actually was going on in the yard.
10/10 thank you

Beyond please with Kretz plumbing and the services they provide. Thanks Colby and crew for such a thorough job flushing the water heater.

Excellent job. Repaired whole house water softener/filtration system. Conner was very knowledgeable and professional. He isolated the fault and had the system working in less than a hour. I totally trust this family run plumbing company. JD Forney.

Conner and his partner were very professional and efficient. I was able to get a professional and competitive quote for running a natural gas line from the meter to our back patio within 10 minutes. Then once we agreed to the scope of work, they started working right away. When additional supplies were needed, another team came by to bring what was needed and assist. The work did not stop until it was done, and Conner checked in with me multiple times throughout the day to ensure the final product met our needs. By dinner time, we were ready to hook up our natural gas grills and start grilling. I highly recommend Kretz Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They are very professional, hard working, and competitively priced for great quality work.

Kretz Kretz plumbing company, customer service was awesome. The technician took time to listen and explain everything they were doing. They were patient and polite.

They showed up late at night for a leaking tub issue with great customer service and fixed the issue quick without complaining and were very personable. When I called to get someone out it was after hours and they didn’t hesitate to send someone ASAP.

Had a toilet problem that I tried to fix da on my part !!! Jason and Colby came out and as Professionals fixed the problem 👍
Their work is much appreciated 👍

I have 45 years of real world experience in various markets, professions, and industry. The men that came to my mothers house were very professional from start to finish. The journeyman that installed my mothers toilet were very respectful to her and her home. The pricing was competitive and once the job was completed the bathroom was left as clean as it was found. Would recommend to anyone seeking a "quality service"

I called these guys on a Sunday told them I needed it taken care of by Monday. They quoted me 75.00 to come out They were here first thing Monday morning, A couple hours later my sink was draining well! Jason the guy who came out to do it was incredible, he was friendly and professional I highly recommend them aside from the actual charge to come out being 85.00 not 75.00. the service is good.

Kretz plumbing from the first point of contact was incredible to work with. They have fast communication, super pleasant on the phone, informative and was able to address our back-flow needs in a very timely manner. They text when they arrived, they called when they were finished and they were able to assist with zero hiccups. Highly recommend Kretz Plumbing for any residential needs!

On time, professional and got the job done well. Reasonable prices and would not hesitate to use going forward should the need arise.

We needed an outside hose bib replaced and I found Kretz from recommendations on fb. The service was smooth and professional from the initial phone call! Conner was so polite and replaced the hose bib quickly! Pricing was reasonable too! I will be recommending Kretz to anyone needing a plumber in the area! Thanks again!

I have used Kretz Plumbing for years and Mike and his team always do great work. They are a real professional company that shows up on time and comes prepared to do great work. Recently the team came out and installed a tankless water heater. The crew was very knowledgeable and explained to me the benefits of both the tank and tankless making it an easy decision. The crew showed up on time with the right tools to complete the work. I love my new tankless water heater.

Conner and Isaiah and also, Mike were here to check on a new residential generator that isn't working. They performed every test and each of them are incredibly professional and are very knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend!

Mr. Kretz was super kind, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend services from here.

This company is amazing! Had a primary line issue on Friday and service tech was at our house within an hour. So grateful for Mike coming out and taking care of the issue for us. 10/10 recommend!
