Kretz Plumbing is AMAZING! I called them after business hours for an emergency situation and they came within the hour. Jason is extremely respectful and professional. They returned at another date to replace some pipes, which included trenching through the sidewalk. They were so efficient.....only 30 minutes of disruption to the water/sewer system. They even replaced the sod at the excavation site. Jason kept me informed during the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend Kretz Plumbing for all your Commercial Plumbing needs!

Connor and his work partner were prompt and informative. Stellar work for what needed to be done. A simple drain pipe cleaning turned into digging up the pipe and replacing secondary to holes in the pipe. They did an awesome job and were thorough. Highly recommend

Jason was amazing! Had a faucet on my tub go out and couldn't get the water shut off. He was able to come out right away and fixed everything. Was so kind and helpful and explained why. Very reasonable prices as well.

I cannot express how big of a blessing Mike was to me and my family in order for us to have two working toilets. Had to have a dishwasher installed in a manufactured home. Was bought from Home Depot, but after seeing it was a manufactured home, they would not install it. Called this company. Quick service. Home depot waited 2 weeks to tell me they wouldn't install it after delivered, and waited on their plumber that never called me. Kretz plumbing was able to give me my quote and immediately do the repairs within an hour. They swept my floor and cleaned up everything and hauled off the old. Very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future if needed. Thank you for great service and getting to me so quickly.

I recently used Kretz Plumbing for a leaking faucet that needed a full replacement along with new angle stops. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the work clearly before starting. The technician was professional and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done.

The final cost was $925.95, which is higher than what I expected, considering it was not a emergency call but the quality of work and the peace of mind knowing it was done right and by a professional is important to me.

Overall, I appreciate their communication and workmanship. I would consider using them again, but I would also shop due to it being on the higher end.
