The serv pro team in Kaufman county were timely, professional and thorough. The technician took the time to evaluate the areas of concern and quickly ascertain what the problem was (which was not what we anticipated the problem to be). He quickly and professionally remediated the issue saving me time and money. Thank you serve pro!! Additionally, as a weekender he mentioned our coming freeze and volunteered to turn our faucets on to avoid a freeze. Great customer service!
Slow, ineffectual, unprofessional and a scam. I had to call my bank to report the funds as missing and canceled since Servpro promised to take care of this since last week and had not done so. The manager was avoiding my calls to iniate a refund. Communication is an ongoing issues with them and i'm glad I see these other reviews to validate these issues. Three weeks of constant back and forth. I do not recommend anyone work with them. If you find yourself having problems, file with the BBB, the Texas AG and report the funds to your BANK! KEEP IN HANDY all the documents and attempted correspondance you have.
Our home burned down in Kaufman in March 2017. Aside from being devastated and not knowing what to do or where to start we were lucky to have ServPro there and not in the way but giving information on how to clean up the mess. After reading what they left I decided to go with them to help clean up as much as we could. From the very beginning they were a God send. We had some beautiful furniture that for the most part made it. They wrapped our dishes, crystal, plus with the greatest care. The employees were all so nice and fun to talk to as they worked . Billy Walker and Aaron Johnson were wonderful and answered all my questions. And I can truthfully say they probably saved me from imploding. You won’t ever know what a mess a fire is until it happens. I could not have done it without them. They loaded up our belongings and took some to storage and the rest to their warehouse. There they had a process where they were able to get the smell of smoke out of everything. They washed all the dishes, crystal etc. and rewrapped it. ServPro suggested two furniture refinishers and we chose one company. They picked up our things and cleaned them up and refinished them. After we moved back in they brought our belongings home. When it was time to move home I got several bids on moving. ServPro came in under the other bids and moved us home. The experience was the best. I don’t know what I would have done without them. The employees were so nice and took a bad situation for me and gave it the best outcome I could have hoped for. They took most of the stress from me. I would recommend to anyone to have them help with fire or water damage. Caroline Hawbaker
