My expectations were surpassed by Swift Viking Appliance Repair's prompt and dependable service. The technician identified the problem fast and expertly resolved it. Their professionalism is impressive, and I heartily recommend them to anyone in need.

I called, they came the next day, told me what was wrong with my stove and said they woul call me the next day to tell me how much parts would be and when they would be able to come do repairs. Never got the call..I did research and fix it myself. I neded less parts than what the guy said. I paid $90 for them to come and never call me back.

Called get help , the young lady was unable to help me , I asked for a manager multiple times, she refused, hung up on me .I called back yet again & informed me she would not get a manager because I was not a customer . The fact that I was trying to get help states that yes I was a potential customer that due to this young lady's lack of ability lost this customer.
