John is top notch!! He actually took the time to converse with me and troubleshoot my washer. He was knowledgeable in the mechanics and knew my machine by just mentioning the model #. He walked me through my problem it even though it meant I wouldn’t need his services. I stored his number and will be calling him back for any other appliance repairs that I may need!!

John was professional and personable. Head and shoulders above any big box, cookie cutter repair service. Incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was able to have me up and running within an hour! Will definitely use him again if I have to but looking at his work, I doubt I’ll need another repair!

We've lived in Tarrant county for 5 years and I have not been able to find a reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable repair company until today! Covenant Appliance Repair is AMAZING! John is so nice, so friendly, and he knows his stuff!!

He was able to diagnosis our Samsung Dryer's issues in 5 minutes. Ordered the needed parts and then comeback the next day to install the parts and fix our dryer. He even cleaned our and vacuumed the dryer inside to make sure it was as good as new!

I've used Covenant a couple of times since moving into this area. Really good service. The first time I called them they helped me diagnose a problem on the circuit board of my refrigerator. They could have tried to upsell me an expensive replacement, but he pulled the board for me and offered options to refurbish and repair the board at a much lower cost than a total appliance replacement. The second time they helped me with replacing a built in microwave, he modified the existing bracket and got a new microwave at the lowest cost possible. John is a good dude and quite experienced at repairing and replacing components. They have been on time, professional, and I think very reasonably priced.

John was very thorough with his work. He walked me through the issues and his prices were reasonable. Honest, personable and provided tips. I now have a personal appliance repairman and highly recommend him.

I had almost purchased a new washing machine when I chose to cancel the order at the last moment and give this repair service a try. I had never contacted an appliance repair professional before, as it seemed more convenient to simply buy a new appliance rather than pay someone to inform me that the repair would cost $500+ for an item that only cost $700. Nonetheless, I took a leap of faith, and I'm thrilled I did. John was exceptional in quickly diagnosing our problem. He had the necessary part readily available and fixed the issue promptly for a price far below $500. From now on, I will rely on this service for all my future appliance repair needs

John is a gem of a human. Very grateful to him for rushing to help me in what I assumed was a bigger emergency. He didn't have to drop what he was doing to come and help me but he did. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I hope I won't need his services again but I know he'll be my first call. 100% would recommend.

You will not go wrong with Covenant Appliance Repair. John has come out twice for an oven issue and a dishwasher issue. I received text messages for my appointment and when he was en route. John is very respectful and knowledgeable, and he educates his customers. He is definitely my go-to, and he should be yours!

I have now used Covenant twice for repair services. I cannot say enough about John, the owner. Professional, courteous and friendly. He's like a family member helping you out. He diagnosed the problem that my previous warranty service just overlooked and completed the repair in time for guests to arrive and have a cool room. He is now my main man for any HVAC repairs. Make him your first choice when you need a repair.

John was the ultimate professional. We called about our 43 year old dryer. He came out the same day. He found the problem quickly and delivered the bad news that even Maytags don't last forever :-) the motor was out and there were no replacements available. We weren't surprised. John told us where we could find a great deal on a new dryer and have it delivered and have this one hauled off, which is just what we needed, and he did not charge us a nickel for the service call. My husband tried to offer him a tip for his trouble, but he wouldn't accept it. He said other repair people might charge for this, but he wanted to stand for service and be remembered for that. And I surely will remember him and call him next time I need an appliance repaired.

John at Covenant is an incredible repairman! He is honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my Viking oven for a fraction of the cost another repairman quoted me, saving me thousands of dollars. He pointed me to the best online retailers to buy replacement parts from and walked through which maintenance items are worth the upkeep and which can be ignored. I will be contacting him again for any and all appliance needs.

Called to have a new garbage disposal installed. John came out and asked what was going on with the old garbage disposal. After explaining the problem to John, he diagnosed the problem. Turned out the old disposal was obstructed. John was able to clear the obstruction and fixed the old disposal. Saved me $$$ He could have just walk in and removed the old disposal and installed the new one. I really appreciate the honesty.

We had our freezer repaired by Covenant and are super please with the results. They were super responsive through the whole process, and the work was done very fast. Will definitely use them again if we need more repairs.

The hinge broke on our oven door. John came over to assess the problem, then returned when he had trouble finding the part to gather more information and then came back to install the part that he tracked down on E-bay. He is an amazing man who goes way out of his way to make sure he is giving the BEST customer service possible. He is extremely competent and a genuinely stellar individual. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hummm, went to the address listed online and no repair business there, i called and this lady with an accent from India answered and when i questioned about the address, she told me that she is not allowed to answer this question 😳——-very strange ——-could it be a scam 🚨?

called for service and was told that they don't service my area. Their zip code is 76132 and mine is 76123. I'm 5 miles from their office.

Update...as of 6/29/2025 at 1128am, I was informed by customer service agent that they only have one technician and are unable to service certain areas. Also, their website does not accept service requests at this time.

Start to finish, it was just excellent. I was stressing about my oven that wouldn't heat, but the technician tackled it with such dedication and care. I really appreciate that kind of service. I’ll be recommending them for sure.
