We have a commercial mini fridge at our store that needed repair. I called a few different places and this one was, by far, the best. Without having used this business before, the initial call gave me confidence that we had selected the right people. Friendly service, they scheduled me an appointment for the very next day and even were able to come in earlier than the original time agreed upon which was great! The technician was very professional, and we have already scheduled another appointment for him to look at another fridge i have that needs repair. If i could give more stars, i would! Go with this business, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly and came to fix my ice maker within days of calling. Worked on the appliance and promised to fix it. It’s been two months and they never called or tried to connect. Ghosted me. Finally gave up and found other solution. Beware.
In response to the comments from the owner of course I didn’t pay you you didn’t do anything. Secondly I have phone records that indicate three calls to you asking for your help. You never had the courtesy to return my call. You promised a call by 4:30pm the Friday you came and that was it John. Two days or two months you NEVER did what you said you would do.

I called about a possible washing machine repair and told them I had already done diagnostics on it so they had a technician call me back. John called and asked me to explain everything I had done, so I did and he suggested one other thing I could try. He said if that didn’t help then it would be best to just buy a new machine because the part alone to repair it was $438.00 not including any labor. He even sent me the information on the part. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Saved me the service call and diagnostics fee. I will be using Covenant Appliance Repair for all my future repairs.

I would hate to give 1 star rating for this business as they seemed to be professional and helpful during their initial appointment for refrigerator issue diagnostic. The technician John said that the issue was with the control board of refrigerator. I got the part myself and then gave them the call to get it installed (as they suggested earlier to reach out to them once I got the part). But they haven’t responded either to phone, emails or text. I then tried installing the part myself, however, it doesn’t look like it is the control board issue. The fridge still isn’t dispensing water and ice. So they didn’t do proper diagnosis and then they refrain to answer your concerns when you try to reach back to them. Very disappointed with the service.

John is very professional. Found the problem with my commercial freezer very quickly and gave me a quote. Fixed it within 2 days. Works amazingly well now!!! Recommended!!

Can’t say enough great things about this company and the people. Two separate occasions I needed appliance repair and they were at the house same day. Both occasions; John was able to quickly diagnose the problems and was prepared before he arrived with the parts to fix them. If you want to support good people and have quality work done PROMPTLY; you cannot go wrong with Covenant appliance. I will not use anyone else from here out.

Mr John Morton came and personally took care of my issue with my Dryer and had me back up and running within an hour! I literally contacted then around 7am today and my Driver was up and running before 12pm Noon! Quality of Service doesn't get much better than that! Had them come out to fix our oven. They came and the tech said it needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be a day or 2, and then radio silence. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. The tech was super nice, so I Def didn't expect them to go mia.

Responding to their response. The property manager and I both tried calling and getting info when you all would be back out. The tech said 1-2 days and it's been almost 2 weeks now. The stove and garage door have nothing to do with this situation. The people that came to fix those gave no issues and did their job. It's very disappointing to see a business conduct business so poorly and not try to make things right, but instead gives excuses. Apparently, not coming back to finish the job is the M.O. of this company, as after my review I went and read the others and 3 other people have said the same thing. It's very sad to see a business be so unprofessional.

And yes, they got someone out asap after no response for days, from you.

Please stay away from this guy, he came to repair our dryer, and said it was unrepairable, and charged $75 for the trip. He also promised to apply the $75 to our next repair job, which was the ice maker in the fridge. I called him that day to set up the appointment, he never answered for days and never responded to text messages, i used a different phone and he answered, that's when i realized he is a crook. Please DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY JOB HE WILL SCREW YOU UP!!
Mr John's response if full of lies, yes i am the same person, Simba is my middle name. He offered the discount himself, and he said it would take about 3 hours to repair the ice dispenser and i would have to call another time to reschedule, and he would apply the $75 diagnostic fee to the cost of repairs. After that he ghosted me, all he wanted was to collect the $75, and lie that he would come back. I called with another number and he answered and then just after hearing my voice he cut me off. PLEASE DO NOT USE A CHRISTIAN NAME FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT AIMS TO SCEW PEOPLE UP. You have done that before when i reread your reviews.
