My Experience with the ServPro Team of Brianna, Carlos, and Jean was excellent. The team was courteous, thorough, and communicated everything very well. While dealing with Water Damage on a house is never easy the ServPro team was able to help take care of my property and reduce the headache I had to deal with.

There is so much to say about this experience. We had a house fire and in the midst of the chaos we were swarmed with lot lizards (public adjusters and restoration companies). All of them gave us no time to process what happened and were pushy to sign a contract immediately. It was a mess!

After FD left and we had time to decompress Ed Moore from Team Shaw came and it was a breath of fresh air! He wasn’t pushy, asked how he could help, explained what the process was and guided us on what happens next. He was very kind and knowledgeable and has experience as a former Firefighter. We took his word and trusted him and their team got to work quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew what to expect, and he remained available throughout the process for any questions and concerns even though we had multiple hiccups. He stayed a point of contact throughout the entire process. He didn’t just sell the service and disappear. He also allowed us to choose any part of the service Team Shaw offered and use other companies as needed.

Fast forward a month and the build back team got started. We met Cory who did the initial inspection and gave us a plan for repairs. The build back turned into a nightmare and although he was the appraiser for jobs, Cory stepped up to manage the entire build back process (not his job, he did this because it needed to be done). He did this above and beyond of what his job was. He listened to the concerns, remedied the situations and worked his A$$ off to make sure our house was fixed properly. This included him getting in the attic in 100degree heat to finish up things himself. He communicated with us every step of the way and did not make us feel crazy as we went through challenge after challenge. For this reason, I 100% believe he is wasted on appraisals! He needs to be a project manager for large jobs, he can handle subs, has a great attitude and really listens. He also made sure the job was done well no matter how many people had to get involved. He advocated for us and made sure we got our house back.

With everything that happened in our house, Ed and Cory together got us back home. They knew who I was when I called and texted (which was a lot) and they really stuck by their word. It took a lot longer than we thought, and it wasn’t easy or headache free, but they made sure to keep their promises when I signed the contract and for that I am so grateful. This whole experience has been hard, but knowing I had them in my corner gave me confidence to push through and trust the process.

I recommend them and I recommend asking for them to be part of your job!

Had a water leak in our corporate office that needed immediate attention. This is a critical area of our organization. Luckily, this service company sent out these two individuals Sean Killingsworth and Reed Jones which did a great job with discretion when it came to the employees affected and attention to detailed for their service provided. If we have to use this service again in the future, we’ll definitely ask for Sean Killingsworth and Reed Jones to do the work, thanks guys for a fantastic job.

Albert Pecina and his Servpro team have done a fantastic job with our insurance claim. He prepared a very thorough and professional cost estimate that was accepted by our insurance company. Kaytee in their office contacted the insurance company when we needed follow up and was wonderful to work with. Albert brought in a great contractor to do all the work, including removal and installation of flooring and baseboard as well as painting. I hope I never have another water leak again, but if I do these are the people to use.

We’ve only had one meeting so far, but we are happy with the company. Zach and Dave came out after we had a water incident. They were prompt and professional and answered our extensive questions. They set up drying fans same day and Zach is writing a report for insurance. Feels like they will take care of us for the work needed. Laura, who called to schedule our appointment, was also very kind and helpful.

Kyle & Cole came to our house this morning to assess water damage which was not covered by our insurance due to it being rising water. The guys were great, very knowledgeable with expert opinions on what to do. I could not be any more grateful for their help. They were extremely nice & very professional. I will definitely call them again if we need help. Always ask for Kyle & Cole. 10 stars.

I had a great experience with ServPro - Team Shaw. My home sustained water damage from a burst pipe. Andrew and Isiah got everything taken care of did a great job communicating and updating me with the progress along the way. I'm very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

The guys that came out to our school today were absolutely INCREDIBLE! They were prompt, professional, courteous, and absolutely cared about our facility. A simple analysis of our space and they were able to give us really great service and advice. Sean and Carlos Z gave us peace of mind, thoroughly treated our areas of concern, and made sure that we understood everything before they left. We cannot recommend Servpro enough! Thank you so much

Zach and Kole with Team Shaw did an outstanding job for us. My family had a water pipe burst under our house with water damage getting a majority of our floor and large sections of wall. I appreciate their professional communication and willingness to work with our schedule to get in and clean it up quick. I recommend these guys if you find yourself unfortunate enough to need them. They will get it done right! Should the need ever arise, and in North Texas it probably will, I'll be calling them again.

Absolutely so impressed with this company, their representatives are professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic and on time! Had skylight blow off as well as chimney in this storm, leaving a gaping hole in roof. Called my insurance (Mercury, they also were impressive, so kudos to them) ServPro rep was at my house within 2 hours of my calling my insurance, as well as another gentleman who immediately covered the skylight and chimney. Thereafter their loss mitigation rep -Sean, came to access damage, take pictures etc. He explained very thoroughly the damage, the restoration process, and what would happen after that, and my options. Very knowledgeable and polite and just a very nice person. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Contact them, you won't regret it! 5 STARS! 06/ 08 Update: This company continues to shine, every tech- Kole, Dominic, Zach have gone above and beyond to help me navigate this process. I am grateful for their knowledge and professional, respectful and courteous service. Thank you all again!

Servpro is the best! Team shaw -Andrew, Noah, Jesse, Kole, Dom & Kyle came to our rescue when our house flooded Christmas morning. They spent hours on the holiday and came everyday taking care of our home. From start to finish Servpro has been amazing! Communication, promptness, and speedy service! Highly recommend this team

Highly recommend. Great results and great service. Zach and the ServPro team were detailed, communicative, hard working, and trustworthy throughout the water mitigation process. Zach went over and above. Was respectful of our home and committed to getting things back in order with daily assessments and detailed communication with us. We even went out of town for several days and were able to leave our key in a lockbox for Zach to continue working. Would not hesitate to use them again!

We had a water leak under our kitchen island caused by our dishwasher.
We called Servpro Thursday evening and Friday morning Sean and Eduardo came to access the damage. There was much more damage underneath that we (the homeowners) could not see. This is a huge island.. 40sqft.
Sean went through the process of what was going on and what needed to happen with the damage. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism with this situation.
Sean set up air cleaners and started drying out any moisture. Monday morning, Sean, Orlando, Isiah, Carlos, Trey and Chris showed up and took care of us. They worked well as a team and kept us informed the whole process. They cleaned up and took the damage with them. Team Shaw , Thank you!
Immediately, this company has been working with us and helping us with all the necessary steps with insurance and mitigation. Ashton has been so kind and wonderful.
We didn't choose this project, but we are feeling confident that this team will have us back to washing dishes in no time.

Sean Killingsworth and Rickey Harcrow with Team Shaw at Servpro DFW did an outstanding job helping restore our home after a sink overflow caused significant flooding. From the very beginning, they were exceptionally easy to get in touch with and maintained excellent communication throughout the process—whether by call, text, FaceTime, or sharing pictures to keep us updated.

They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, making a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Sean and Rickey’s kindness, professionalism, and trustworthiness gave us total confidence in their work. We’re beyond grateful for their support and highly recommend Team Shaw at Servpro DFW to anyone in need of restoration services.

We had major damage to our home from a slab leak. Ricky, Tamiru, and the entire Servpro Team were amazing. They were very professional and took great to care to quickly ensure all water damage was mitigated and removed. They cleaned thoroughly every step of to the way during demolition. Their attitudes were great and they were extremely flexible. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Our house was recently flooded by a problem with our water heater. Our insurance sent out ServPro Team Shaw of Plano to help mitigate the major damages caused by the flooding.
You can only imagine how stressful it was dealing with this right before Christmas. However, we could not have had a better team come out to help us with the mitigation process. Dave with ServPro was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. He ensured that we were taken care of during this unfortunate event and stressful time. The entire crew (Dave, Andrew, Zach, Kyle, Noah, Cole, Dom, Jessie, Alexis, Jean, and Marco) were all very friendly, hardworking, and professional.
We were very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team that came out did a fantastic job. All team members were professional and courteous, and very communicative. This was for a commercial setting, but I have no doubt that they would be just as amazing in a smaller commercial/home setting. Will absolutely use again.
