From start to finish, the company was extremely professional, answered all questions, and made sure I understood the process of what was happening during resolution.

The crew worked very efficiently, setting 33 piers and completing the job in just 3 days. They did a beautiful job of replacing my front sidewalk that had to be removed to set piers.

When work was completed, they did an amazing clean-up job - including my neighbor's affected patio area. You wouldn't know that serious foundation work had just been completed!

I am not experienced in writing reviews since I am technology challenged, but I believe strongly in the service that I received from B & P Foundation Repair. The owner, Breck, came to our 3 year old house and did a detailed analysis of our significant foundation and drainage problems which turned out to be very complex. The house would move significantly every time it rained partially due to poor drainage and grading by builder. Breck explained the problems and possible solutions to the issue. He patiently answered each of my questions. He did not try to give me a “sales” job or upsell.

I was impressed by the professionalism of his work crews. Although the crew ran into some unexpected challenges once the job started, Breck stood by his estimate when the job took a lot longer and required more materials than expected. Breck and his crew even worked on a holiday to finish the job. Once the job was completed, he spent a considerable amount of time going over everything and things to monitor. His crew will be out to my home periodically to take measurements and monitor for any changes due to my unique situation. Thank you Breck and B & P Foundation Repair!

Let me start by saying our house was already worked on for foundation issues 3 years ago. We have a very old house that had an addition on it that tied a pier and beam to a new addition that is fixed on a slab. We now understand how difficult these homes can be to try and level as both are hard to adjust since you have a fixed structure tied to a moving structure. That said, the owners spent the time and listened to our concerns and did a phenomenal job. They came highly recommended and I can see why after they completed their work. Would recommend without hesitation for complex structure issues.

B&P Foundations were awesome. They did an excellent job on raising my home. Very hard workers. They explained everything they were doing, if I need to ask questions they were available to answer. They said it would take a week and they finished exactly when they said they would. My doorway are now straight and the huge cracks are gone. And they put me back to the way I was before. You can’t tell they were here. All this with a life time guarantee. I can’t say enough about this company! The before with the holes and the after, all back to normal.

Excellent Foundation repair done by B&P Foundation Repair in 1 day. They installed 22 jacks and leveled my home foundation to 0". Only a few areas were 0.6". No water pipes were damaged. Only one sprinkler pipe was broken but B&P repaired it at no cost. I highly recommend Breck and his crew at B&P. B&P pricing was best with a military discount. Breck from B&P came out quickly after first contact to inspect and analyze my foundation issues. Less than a week later we had the slab lift contract and scheduled.
His work detail worked quickly and efficiently, installing 17 piers across 10 or so excavations. They finished in 2 days. Breck came back on day 2 to inspect the project. He and his on-sight foreman explained their process and answered all my questions.

I’ve had a great experience with this foundation company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’ve done excellent work for me in the past—very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and I felt confident throughout the process. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, and this is one of them.

Breck with B&P was very easy to work with. Most notably, Breck came back to my house about 15 months after the foundation work was completed to check on it after I had a serious plumbing leak. He took the time to measure the house levels and then took the time advise me on next steps afterwards. I doubt many people/companies would do that.

Also sent out a plumbing company to a static test which was covered under warranty. The company and Breck do their work with integrity while staying competitive cost wise. Great combo and tough to find.
