It's not easy going with a new company but we were introduced to Love's Management and I am glad we took a chance. It didn't take long for the company to contact us. Once we were able to voice our concerns about rats or mice appearing in our attic they came to do a thorough inspection. They were respectful and explained everything they found to what will happen during the two day process to complete the job. Mainly, everything that can be done to help sanitize and clean out any feces left behind. It didn't take long to receive a quote after the inspection, but it didn't stop there. A few months had gone by when we decided to reach out to them again to check our roof. The crew used a drone to fly over the house and walked around the premises. A couple of days later they told us only a couple of things were found but that didn't concern them. The roof was in good condition and didn't need repairing. We appreciate the honesty and was thankful for the prompt response. When we had any concerns or questions the company made us feel heard and answered any questions. They really care about doing the job right and making sure the workers are doing right by the customers.

This is a good company to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jobs get done in a timely manner and as quoted with no surprises. I'll continue to work with this company in the future.

We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and also the care they took to protect our wood floors and furniture before, during and after the work. They even vacuumed And mopped the floor to remove any residual debris. Hard to find people that stick to their word in any line of business. Jesse stuck to everything he said and went the extra mile to actually manage my project. It wasn’t someone else, he was there to make sure the job was done right and to my liking. My job was part of an insurance claim that Jesse took care of so I didn't have to worry about it. I usually have to hover over contractors to make sure no corners are cut. Jesse never gave me that feeling which was a breath of fresh air. Communication was the best part and is a two way street. Easier to fix things early than find out at the end. Very understanding and would refer to family and friends.

Love's Management Contracting took great care to make sure I was made whole to my satisfaction after my flood/insurance claim. They worked with the assigned adjustor and kept me copied on everything. This was indispensable to me because they know the business and terminology that I don't. They not only communicated with my insurance company, they advocated on my behalf and helped persuade them to do the right thing. I can't say enough about their kindness, and every subcontractor they used was professional and courteous. They all had a good rapport with Love's and I could tell they were equally invested in restoring my home. They fixed and beautified my most valuable possession with great TLC. I would recommend Love's Management for all your contracting needs. I hope to have them back to do more improvements under better circumstances.
