I can't say enough about these guys....we lost a leg on our main breaker at 3PM on a Friday....it was one of the hottest weekends (108) here in Texas & we were living in our RV while our house was being completed with our 4 dogs, so air conditioning is an absolute must.

The part we needed wouldn't be available until Saturday, but he went out of his way to get everything set up so that we temporarily had electricity & could make it through the remainder of the day & evening.

Besides being our savior, he was extremely kind & very personable. He explained everything every step of the way and really took pride in his work. Thank you guys! :)

First bonus was that he actually answered his phone, and answered my questions. I explained what I needed, which was a GFCI outlet install. He quoted me an incredibly fair price, and was out within a couple days. The crew he sent were super professional and friendly, as well as explained what they were doing and why. Hats off to all of them!

Watch them like a hawk and make sure you know what you want. I got blamed for a crooked install because my floor isn’t level - instead of using a level to install kitchen outlets, the electrician measure from the floor, then said they are not going to fix The Sheetrock from their error. They cut out some Sheetrock with no regard for how it would be repaired. I knew they do not repair but the cut should be reasonable. They cut some foot boards in my attic and didn’t inform me so when I had to change HVAC FILTERS, I almost went through the ceiling because the floor board was not rescrewed down. I will not use this business again.

Mr. KIKER is amazing. He arrived after hours after working all day. Super attitude. Did the job with expertise. Called me an HVAC man to finish the job. Cold air restored in two hours total from moment of my call. Incredible.

I worked with Bob yesterday for a ceiling fan install at my house and he sent someone in that was able to remove the 3xisting one and put a new one up in no time. They both were a pleasure to work with and done at a gr3at price as well.

I made a late afternoon call to this business owner after losing power in part of my home during a storm. I had called around all day and was unable to find a same-day service with any other company to come out for an electrical repair. Mr. Kiker was able to stop by my home late the same evening and restore my power within a few minutes. He was very responsive and professional. He took the time to show me what the problem was so that if it happened again in the future I could potentially address the issue myself. He went out of his way to make sure that my family was taken care of before the end of the night even though he received my initial call pretty late in the afternoon. I will definitely be using his service again in the future. This was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

I do not usually write reviews, but the service received from Kiker Electric went beyond expectations. The technicians that originally diagnosed the problem tried to solve the issue in the least expensive manner possible, at no cost (shocked, yet much appreciated). By the end of the day (late Friday afternoon) the owner Bobby Kiker called to make sure all was working well. We had just discovered that the original fix did not take. His response was that he "would be there within the hour". He stayed late Friday afternoon to ensure the problem was resolved. He was very conscientious and professional. The professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work of Mr. Kiker and his team was both reassuring and greatly appreciated. This is the very definition of Value Added!

Kiker Electric is the best in area! They are responsive, respectful and provide quality service. They have installed multiple light switches, and light fixtures for us. They are a pleasure to work with and they are our go to if we need anything electrical. Give them a call and won't be disappointed!

Bobby (owner) and Wayne installed new lighting in several places throughout my home. They were very responsive, friendly, and professional during the entire process. I felt very at ease having them in my home, it was as if I had friends over helping me out. They were very mindful to keep things clean as they worked. It can be difficult finding a contractor that checks all of the boxes, but these two did it. The lighting is an excellent addition to our home and we’ve found our forever electricians. The GFCI electrical outlet in our garage tripped, concurrently shattering the reset button and shutting down our home's internet and phone systems. Given that my wife and I work from home, that was a serious issue. We called Kiker Electric after hours and spoke with Bobby Kiker. We advised him of our situation, and he arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly replaced the GFCI outlet and also helped to discover what had caused it to trip in the first place. Bobby was professional, efficient, and one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Kiker Electric for any and all electrical needs.

Bobby and his crew did excellent work. They installed a new 220 volt circuit and cable routing for HVAC and a new outlet. Bobby prepared me for the access cuts in the sheet rock that would be needed and explained that they would be patched with a cover panel, but the crew was able to route the cable without any cuts in the sheetrock. I will be calling Bobby for my next electrical project.

Professional and kind. I spoke with Mr Bobby Kiker on the phone about some electrical outlet issues. Instead of taking advantage he gave me options to troubleshoot myself before scheduling a service. In the end I think we both won, I saved money because his suggestion fixed the situation and he gained a customer. Mr Kiker showed moral integrity and the ethical standards his business goes by. Kiker Electric did a wonderful job moving an outlet to my back patio. He was so quick to respond and showed up the next day! Very impressed with his service would highly recommend to anyone. Also did a great job cleaning up after themselves which I really appreciated.

Bobby and Wayne took down my ugly builder grade lights and replaced with 3 ceiling fans and 2 fixtures as well as put dimmers on 2 of my kitchen lights. I love the results! They were professional, on time, clean up after themselves, well priced and bonus, very kind to my dogs. Highly recommend!

Bobby responded quickly to texts and phone calls. He diagnosed the problem but also provided additional suggestions. Before coming out for what could have been a quick fix on my own he asked detailed questions to rule out a quick fix so he didn’t charge me for something I could do myself. He seemed like a very honest man and acted like a professional when at my house completing the service I needed.
