Thoroughly pleased! We just bought and moved in to our first home, and as we've been making it our own, run into several electrical issues that were above my skill level. Made an appointment, and tech came out to have a look. He was right on time, very competent, and took care of everything much quicker and for much less than I was expecting. He was also very considerate of our sleeping baby, and left our floors cleaner than when he arrived. Will definitely call Lanier Electrical Services again if I need electrical work done!

I will not order anything from this company anymore after one of the drivers stole something out of my car that was valuable found out all their delivery drivers are felons

As an electrical contractor who needs normally out of stock items, this store always seems to have what I need when I need it. They are very helpful and quick to get your material out to the job, most of the time, same day!

Absolutely terrible. They provide awful service and have no clue about how electricity works. They failed miserably and should go back to the stone ages . Only then could they run an effective electric store. Sheer incompetence, they should not be allowed around electricity or Anya parts associated with electricity . Dangerous

Slow terrible service, even though the sales counter is 30' from the fulfillment center there is little to no communication between the two and you're left helpless waiting for material, wandering the facility looking for your supplies.

I was told that the parts I was ordering were in stock and confirmed the price so that I could issue a PO. We didn't receive one of the parts, it was put on backorder with no notification and we were invoiced over twice as much as it should have been. I tried calling 3 times and only got the runaround while being told that the salesman would call me back. He never did, so I called again in the afternoon and he was rude about it the whole time and never even apologized for not getting back to me. I do now want to use them again.

Edit: After speaking with an account manager, I realized I may have been a bit hasty and should have tried, again, to speak with someone else about this matter. He has assured me that this is not how they do business and I am willing to give them another chance, especially since I have someone to go directly to if I have another problem.
