The first Electrician company I called said they would call me right back to give me an appt. time and the cost would be $298 just for the service call + parts & labor. After 1 hour they had not called back and it was already 4:30 p.m. on a Friday so then I called Buffalo Electric to see if they had anyone available to come out to look at my breaker box. Unfortunately, it was already too late in the day and the best they could do was send someone 1st thing in the morning. They said the service call would only cost me $79 plus parts and labor so I told them to go ahead and book me an appointment. The electrician called first thing Saturday morning and said he would be here in approx. 30 minutes and he was right on time. I told him what happened and showed him the breaker box. It turns out that when the breaker switched off, I did not push it hard enough to reset it all the way back to the ON position. He reset it for me and the power came right back on. He only charged me the $79 for the service call. I was so relieved. I was expecting an electrician would tell me I needed to replace the breaker and other stuff that would cost me $300 or more. They are very honest guys and won't charge you for anything you don't need. CALL BUFFALO ELECTRIC FIRST AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH OTHER COMPANIES THAT WANT TO TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU. You will get excellent service at a fair & honest price from Buffalo Electric. My electrician's name was Elvis if you want to ask for him by name. Super nice and knowledgeable electrician!

My AC would not come on when I tried to use it with the recent increase in temperatures. I initially reached out to one-hour air to check my AC, but when they came out there was no power to the unit. They scheduled Buffalo to come out the next day to check my new panel (installed with solar a few months ago). Ryan was able to immediately troubleshoot & correct the issue. It took less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful & informative. I will 100% be going to Buffalo for my future electrical needs.

We had them out to complete an electrical safety inspection. He looked the entire property over and everything was good. Excellent customer service!!

Two electricians showed up to troubleshoot a dead circuit after a lightning strike. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They got everything back up and working properly. I would definitely recommend them.

Was very impressed from the start with the lady at customer service when I first called. We were having problems with our lights and stuff dimming when we would use appliances. The tech came out and checked everything again. And said it was something from the outside - oncor needed to fix it. He even offer to come out again and talk to oncor if they gave us problems. I'm thankful he didn't try to sell us stuff we really didn't need. Oncor came out and fixed it with no problems. Just thankful for them being honest Will recommend

Worst company in the Fort Worth area I would not recommend them. They’re overpriced and none of the technicians are all on the same page. Every one of them will tell you totally different things when they come to your home.

I'm so pleased with the service and professionalism from Elvis. Elvis was prompt and so courteous. Elvis fixed the issue with my lights and gave me some great advice on what I needed to do to make sure the same thing doesn't happpen to the rest of the fixtures. I searched on Google to find a top reviewed electrician company and buffalo is who I decided to contact. I was able to get a date and a time that was convenient for me the technicians were within the time frame of coming to my house quick to understand what was going on with my breaker gave me a quote right then and there which was acceptable and he was finished within an hour. Very professional and friendly will be calling again.

The Team came out same day and were able to install a ceiling in no time flat. Called in the morning, they guys came in mid day and were done within the hour. Very polite and professional and had everything on hand to get it done. The even knocked down the price for me based on the size of the fan which was really nice.

They have good customer service and their technicians are very professional. They came to fix my electrical panel and they did a very good job.

Very rude, unprofessional, horrible communication. The owner, who I believe is named Tommy, comes off shady as all get out. I’m sure his wife who works in the office will screen this… but hey I guess when you run this kind of “family business” you feel like you can get away with anything.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The expert showed up on time, did the job thoroughly, and made sure all the wiring was safe. I strongly suggest this business.
