I'm not sure what happened to my lengthy 1 star review, but I've upped it to 2 stars because after 5 months, our '1 month project' was finally as finished as it was going to be. Again, I'm not sure where the review went. As nice as Roy is, I could not refer Thomson Electric due to the continued delays and repeat work that had to be done.

Fast, fair and friendly. They did my panel in 1 day. They probably saved my house from fire. Happy Camper!!

My home was struck by lightning in March of this year at 2:00 am in the morning. Thomas Electric was the only Electrical Company that I could get through to and they immediately dispatched a Tech to my house. They were so very patient and kind and checked our home completely putting my mind at ease. Since then they have done a lot of rewiring in my home and have been a God send! Their prices are great and they are always courteous to clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called and spoke to the owner Roy and within the hour someone (I think Trent) was dispatched to my home, he inspected the problem brought back the parts and the job was completed within 2 hours
Fast, Economic and Efficiency

The owner, Roy, was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone for the project. He is easily reachable by phone or text and is very friendly to deal with. The 2 guys he sent for the job knew exactly what they were doing. The job was completely accurately and professionally. I will definitely call them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend them again after the last job they did for me. Nothing but problems from the start, and the price gouging was borderline criminal.

Worst customer service out of all local supply houses. Everyone just talks on the phone and ignores you for their pointless conversations. Plan to spend an hour or 2 waiting for service with an empty lobby.

Been working as an electrician for 7 years, been going here for 7 years. It's my favorite supply house. Zack is probably the best guy to ask for there. That guy needs a raise.
