Very knowledgeable staff that you can revisit anytime for answers to your electrical and lighting questions. I watched as they walked another customer through installing his new Fuse box and took time to answer all his questions and check for parts that could be used as alternatives. That's great service, and Franklin has lots of that.

They dont do returns on special orders and the boss of the place has a terrible atitud talking to people

Called to buy electric tape. Salesman 1 would not answer a simple question on good, better, best of items he sells. Tells me to look it up. Sellsman 2 hangs up, manager hangs up. Simply asked what is good, better and best in the product your offering me. Manager called me an asshole and hung up the phone. Bad management, bad training.
