Mike is AWESOME the entire staff is awesome. He found the problem and diligently worked to get it fixed. I can't say thank you enough. I call 3 different places with only one talking to me but they were wishiey washey when they could get here. Cross dispatcher listened and said. "I'll get you someone as soon as he is done with the job he's on right now.". In 30 minutes maybe a hr. Mike was at the door. Thank you!

John came out and installed our RV Electrical box and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was very pleasant and did an awesome job. Thank you John and Cross Electric LLC for a job well done!

Mike and an apprentice came out to install a new electrical box for my pool and added an outlet on the outside of my house. They did great work. The areas were cleaned up afterwards! Both of the guys were vey friendly and helpful. I will definitely have call them again.

Fantastic work by the Cross Electric Team! we were hit by a lightning strike that damaged our entire home electrical system. Both Mike and David who came out as well as Crystal who assisted with scheduling and getting the invoice right for the insurance company were very professional and knowledgeable!

Mike did an excellent job. After having two other electricians not show up, it was refreshing to have someone arrive as promised. Was very happy with my experience starting with the professionalism with Crystal who answered my call to John who quickly responded to my call to replace a bad circuit breaker on a circuit for my refrigerator. John was absolutely great. He quickly solved the problem, replaced the bad breaker, and trouble shot the entire circuit to ensure no future issues. I was delighted with the speed of response, professionalism and expertise, and courtesy of John. ...And all this at a very reasonable charge! You can believe that I will call again for any future electrical needs.

His overall strength and power was that of a Musk Ox. He was able to tear thru sheetrock with neurosurgeon like precision and the speed of Darrell Waltrip’s pit crew at Bristol Motor Speedway.

I felt like I was back at TCU being lectured by a top professor as his knowledge permeated throughout not only my home but the entire development!

This review stopped at 5 stars, which I feel is a flaw by Google as their is no rating system that could encapture this experience!
