Michael was great! I had a list of troubles (mostly self imposed). Michael figured out the issues and resolved them quickly. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very fair priced. Highly recommend!

One night randomly all of the outlets in my four year-old daughter‘s room stopped working. I tried to fix it myself by going to the breaker and flipping it on and off, but nothing worked. I had no idea where to turn until I googled electricians in my area. Mr. Michael Burdman was the first name that popped up and after reading the reviews of his work I contacted him immediately. He came the next day and in less than 30 minutes, had me all fixed up. He was so kind, so personable, and incredibly sweet to my daughter who wanted to play right next to where he was working. He would give her gentle reminders to be careful and not to touch the chords. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with her. He is absolutely great and the first person I would call should I have any issue again!

Our electrical outlet stopped working, which left us unable to access the internet. Michael responded promptly, arriving within an hour of our call on the same day. He quickly repaired the issue at a reasonable price and delivered outstanding service.

We hired Michael Burdman to diagnose and fix some odd wiring configurations that were causing issues in our house. He did a great job. He arrived on time, completed the work to our satisfaction, and went the extra mile to help us. We hired him to do two more projects for us: rewiring an external AC Unit that was overloading our circuit breaker panel, and fixing several "dead" outlets in my son's bedroom which required work along the side of the house to bring power to those walls due to extremely limited space in our attic. We would rehire him again for any electrical work in the future. Highly reccomend!

Michael is a very competent electrician that I find honest and trustworthy. He is quick to say if it is something that he can or can’t do. He goes out of his way to be helpful when a problem arrives. He is very reasonable.

I hired Michael from Burdman Electric to install a car charger for my home. I’ve been searching the DFW area for several years trying to find my go-to electrician, and I’ve finally found him. He is highly professional, arrives on-time, and does high quality work. Plus, I believe his prices are fair. As he will tell you, he is not the lowest price but not the highest price electrician in town either. His price for my car charger installation was somewhere in between those two—actually closer to the lower end I believe. As a result, I feel comfortable referring him to my friends and neighbors to do electrical work.

We called Micheal at 9am Monday and he was here at 11 am fixed all our issues within an hour and half! He was wonderful ! We will definitely be using his company again! Thank you! I will recommend you to anyone that needs electrical work done

Michael helped us fix two light switches that stopped working. He was very detailed and careful in his work. His service call price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend Burdman electric!

Great service and great install. My job was not an easy one but the guys worked hard to resolve my issues and get it done ASAP. I really appreciated the clear pricing and will definitely be using them again. Definitely will recommend them for an EV charger install as well. They did a great job there too

Well, we had a breaker box fire. And Cross Electric came quickly to the rescue. Brandon, John, and Jake were competent and efficient. My only problem is that the boxes are hard to open and all the breakers are not marked. BUT The main thing is that we have electricity in 100° weather! Yay.

Caleb did a great job! I have a big project Cross Electric had a cancellation so Caleb got a start on it during his cancelled appt. Crystal in the office is amazing she listened and understood my needs and helped get us scheduled as soon as she has openings! Cross Electric cares about their customers!!

John was very nice and efficient. He was finished in about 10 minutes.

We had a light in the kitchen that made a popping noise and put off an odor, so we were alarmed. Crystal was so nice to get a tech dispatched within an hour of our call. Caleb arrived and was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice! He fixed the problem quickly and he is coming back to install some lighting we have wanted to get refreshed for a long time! So excited to have found Cross Electric!!

Caleb was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time & did a great job replacing my main breaker box panel today. He and the office staff alike, answered all my questions in a friendly manner.
