I highly recommend Travis Carter with Mr. Electric! He was communicative, well-informed and efficient. He added a new circuit and replaced a defective breaker. I know nothing about any of that but he was patient and explained all the options to me. 5 stars!

I called Mr. Electric about a meter-base issue that Oncor identified and they sent an electrician out to my home the exact same day. The schedulers were so nice and efficient. Aaron Alford came out to access the issue I mentioned and he was able to offer me a very detailed overview of the work that needed to be done and showed me exactly where the cost was coming from. I had previously had other electricians out to access and quote the issue we were having and NONE of them provided me with the kind of care and reassurance that Aaron gave. He was so calm, knowledgeable and professional which I greatly appreciated. After his visit, it was an easy decision for us to choose him to perform the repair.

On the day of the service, Aaron and Rhett arrived to my home and immediately began the work. Everything on their end was coordinated and executed seamlessly from start to finish. They communicated everything throughout the process and stayed until all our power was successfully turned back on and was running perfectly. I very much appreciated everyone who was involved in executing this service. I would 1,000 percent use them again!

Michael was responsive and got my lights back working in no time. He didn't price gouge and provided overall A+ service.

I put a call in to Burdman Electric early yesterday evening. RJ said that he had a couple of other clients ahead of me but that he'd be here around late evening. He kept his word. I needed electrical outlets, additional light/dimmer switches and a chandelier installed in my closet. . Rj was responsive to my emails, calls and text messages regarding questions I needed answered prior to the appointment. RJ showed on time, was professional, polite and thorough. Mike Burdman Electric puts the masterful in master electrician. He arrives when he says, and does not quit until the work is 100% complete. He took all in stride, a large wasp's nest inside a porch fixture, extra lights and ceiling fan I added to the list, and at the end tidied everything well. A gem of an intelligent skilled professional, fine young man and totally trustworthy. You won't be sorry in hiring him.

Michael Burdman is a godsend! One night, we started losing power room by room, which was a very odd experience. Mr. Burdman was contacted and he came to our house that very night, which was about 8:45 pm. He was professional, quick , and was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. After this experience, I can’t imagine using any one else for our electrical needs!

I got hooked up with Michael threw a Home warranty company, and Michael came to my house and was prompt and very professional.
There was some kind of mix-up between me and the Home warranty company...They were unwilling to pay for a new ceiling fan and the labor for Michael to install it...But Michael did the right thing...He called me up and said that he was not going to cash my check for the service fee.
I don't think I have ever seen a contractor with this kind of Honesty and compassion for the Homeowner. Thank You Michael Burdman
