Let me tell you how good God is I’ve been without electricity since Friday when the storm came through. I had two trees fall on my house and damaged my meter head and snatched the line off the pole. I was so devastated after paying almost 3k to have trees removed and waiting for two days for Oncor to come by only for them to come at 4am Sunday morning to say you need electrician nothing I can do. I picked up my phone and Googled electrician 24hr service and by the grace of God I ran across @Douglas Electrical Services not knowing if anyone would answer but Douglas the owner answered gave me a price and informed he would call me back later. I prayed God send help let me know the lesson. Later that day I’m sitting in my car balling my eyes out in defeat and my phone ring and it’s Douglas. He said God sent me after talking to you I couldn’t go back to sleep the sound you had in your voiceI know I need to help her. me He told me don’t worry about anything I’m going to bless you. God sent me help you can’t tell me he isn’t real. This man never meet me he only knew I was feeling defeated. He answered ever call from me and came at the time he said he would be here. If I ever need electrician Douglas Electrical will be my go to and I pray his life and business over flow with success. By the way he’s a God fearing man and runs his business with love. I’m forever greatful. I prayed with and for him. Thank you Douglas for your God Fearing spirit.

I called this company to check the lights in our office because they were constantly flickering. The last company that came out did a quick walk-through and immediately tried to sell me a full lighting upgrade for $5,000, saying that was the only fix.

Absolutely outstanding service. Carlos Garza came out to work on my exterior panel after a storm last week caused our main breaker to trip. We were previously told by someone else that we needed to replace the entire service, which didn’t sit right with me.
Carlos showed up and immediately got to work troubleshooting the service. He found the actual issue, repaired it, and then had me turn on all my appliances and the heater. He took readings with his meter and waited about 20 minutes to make sure everything was working properly and stable.
He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made me feel very confident in his knowledge and workmanship. On top of that, he cleaned up his mess before leaving.
I highly recommend his services — if you need an electrician, ask for Carlos Garza.

Carlos and Jay— BEST electricians ever!! Carlos worked side my sister’s apartment at the Waterford at Mesquite. He was so friendly and kind and made sure my sister who has vision impairment knew who he was and understood what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

First experience with Mr. Electric and it has been great. The technician (Michael Vaughan) that was assigned was timely, efficient and communicative. He was able to walk through the steps and was very informative.

Cody was my technician and he was very pleasant. He explained everything he was going to do in detail. I was shown pictures of things that needed repair. Then after he was done he made sure I checked everything & showed before and after pictures of all the repairs. He was great!!!

Clayton was awesome: courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He came in diagnosed the problem and quickly identified what happened and repaired the damaged wiring. We had a small electrical fire in our attic last night, and Mr. Electric came to our rescue today!
