I recently moved to the Fort Worth area. I discovered a bad breaker in my panel. I knew I had a few other seemingly minor electrical issues in my old (but new to me) house. Rather than replace the breaker myself, I called Mr. Electric of Fort Worth based on the strength of their reviews. They were able to schedule a technician promptly at a day and time that worked for me.

The technician, Erik Carr, was great. He inspected my panel and identified multiple issues that I was unaware of. For example, multiple breakers in my panel were of an older type that is inappropriate for a small house, and the specific models had been recalled. He also identified issues with the grounding of my electrical system.

After diagnosing the issues, Erik walked through all of the different options. We sorted through the recommendations to determine what absolutely needed to be done, what was a nice to have, and what I could do on my own.

Erik returned just a few days later to perform the work. He was prompt and neat; he worked hard and finished the job in much less time than I anticipated. I will absolutely go back to Erik and Mr. Electric if I have need for additional electrical work in the future.

Jayce did a great job swapping out our chandelier to the new one we purchased as well as exchanging bulbs in another one. He also added a remote to a light/fan combo for us.

Dylan did a great job explaining the problem and presenting the options. The work was done quickly and very well. We thought the whole panel would need work and while he said we could benefit from that, he told us our real issue was caused by poor weatherproofing on our outdoor outlets. We're grateful for the honesty and excellent work.

Erik Carr was my electrician and he did a great job! I had many special concerns and questions and he took care of everything. I plan to use him for all my electrical needs and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors! The company was efficient, courteous and on time! Happy customer

Kaleb did an amazing job going through every possible solution for my flickering lights while running an electric water heater. He was great to be around and comforting in his analysis of what could be wrong, as this is the first home we've bought, so everything is still foreign to us. He even point out some other things with my home that weren't in the scope of work, and gave me recommendations on how to fix, all while being respectful about the findings. He left his business card and I'll be asking for him on all my future electical/power services.

Dylan Michael was my electrician and he did an amazing job! Not only was he on time and extremely professional but he helped put my mind at ease with a very stressful situation. He communicated clearly on everything and he did everything he promised to do. He is by far one of the best electricians I've ever had and I would venture to say he is the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot of them.

I will definitely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone that is looking for electrical work to be done. Outstanding company!

As a whole the staff at the company are very professional, courteous and timely. More importantly the pricing was incredibly fair and honest. I could not believe the difference in estimated price from the other two companies. No comparison. And the work performed was of excellent quality. The two electricians, Cody and Brodie were both professional and really good dudes. The honesty and assessment of my electrical concerns are really appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We called Mr Electric and Cody and Brody came out today. We explained some of the things that we wanted done. While working in the kitchen they found two gfci outlets were hot so they replaced both of them.

They also rewired our newly installed ceiling fans, ensuring that the light/fan switches worked properly.

They did not, so Cody explains Ned what wall switches we needed. We ran to Lowe’s and got the proper switches, while they waited, and which they quickly installed.

Both Cody and Brody were friendly and easy to talk to. Cody happily explained what work they were doing every step of the way.

We highly recommend Mr Electric, and if you need them, I would personally ask they these two electricians could be sent out!

I recently had Kaleb come out to install recessed lighting in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to explain the layout and positioning to make sure everything would look just right — and it absolutely does.

The lighting completely transformed the front house, giving it a clean, modern feel. Kaleb worked quickly but with great attention to detail, making sure everything was safely and properly installed. He also left the space spotless, which I really appreciated.

If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled to do electrical work, especially recessed lighting, I highly recommend Kaleb. He did an amazing job and I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric and especially with Jayce after my home was struck by lightning. He helped me troubleshoot and repair multiple electrical issues, taking the time to problem solve rather than rushing through fixes.

Jayce was extremely friendly professional and knowledgeable and most importantly he is someone you immediately feel you can trust in your home. He clearly explained what was going on what needed to be repaired and why. No pressure no upselling just honest work.

Just had my 3rd chandelier installed by master electrician Travis with Mr. Electric ! Travis goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered in the installation and care of the light fixture. All 3 of my installations with Travis have been large chandelier jobs and Travis installed them perfectly, and they were an entire day jobs ! Many thanks to Travis !

8/6/2025: Another fabulous job of hanging 3 light fixtures by Travis and Clayton with Mr. Electric! Always very professional and attention to detail with height of fixture and measurement ! This is the 3rd lighting job I have hired with Mr. Electric ( always Travis ) and I am always so very pleased ! Thank you Travis !

Erik and Anthony went above and beyond. They found a very dangerous wiring situation and fixed it in addition to their scheduled work. We're very pleased with their work.

The guys who came to fix a breaker for us were SO incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They got everything working quickly and answered every question we had. I’m so thankful they were able to come today, so we didn’t have to go any longer with lights not working. I will be recommending Mr. Electric to everyone I know. Eric and Darrell did a great jobs installing my light and putting in a plug. They clean up as they go and Eric always ask it this ok before he installs the light and plugs. Thank you Eric and Darrell!

Erik is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. Having an electrician you can trust is invaluable. He is extremely professional and kind, and he clearly communicates ahead of time and throughout the project. Not only does he execute the scope flawlessly, but he also takes the time to identify and correct issues that were done incorrectly in the past. He genuinely cares about making sure the home is in the absolute best condition it can be electrically — safe, efficient, and done right the first time. 10/10!!!

Best service experience in Fort Worth so far!! Our family needed some indoor lighting installed. I googled electricians and found Mr. electric of Fort Worth. I read further and noticed that Mr. Travis was highly recommended. I scheduled the appointment and Mr. Travis and Dalton showed up on time. They worked super hard on lighting that was quite tricky, but their dispositions never reflected the difficulty of the job.

I trust that the work was done with top-notch care and quality. Highly recommend!!
