6 stars! Aaron was truly awesome. I called at 9 AM, the dispatcher scheduled me for the same day and Aaron showed up just up at about 2 PM. My job wasn’t difficult just time consuming. Aaron had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable, respectable, and the fix was well explained. The pricing was fair and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. Stop reading, call the number and ask for Aaron!

This company is great at communication and we were contacted multiple times by the ladies in the office when our appointment was and when our electrician would arrive. Aaron was our electrician and he was so professional and very efficient in finding and fixing our problem. He was so nice and showed me exactly what happened and how he was going to fix it so we could get power back in our living room. If you need electrical work done and need a dependable and honest company to get the job done this is the one.

Jay Weaver was our electrician and we were super pleased with his work!!!! He installed two electrical outlets for us and also figured out why our lights and outlets in our den Strangely went out for no apparent reason;
We had our house built, but sadly have been plagued with electrical issues over the years and we certainly appreciate Jay having the patience and knowledge to solve our issue
We won’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors, and will most certainly request him for future jobs

Earlier this month I had an electric vehicle wall charger installed in my garage by Mr. Electric. The installation was performed by Cody Ables, lead technician and his associate, Rhet Henson. A few days prior to the day of installation, Cody had done a preliminary inspection of my garage and its electrical infrastructure to formulate a plan for the installation of the wall charger. His foresight in doing this, was demonstrated on installation day by the efficient implementation of that plan: Required materials, on hand, modifications needed to accommodate the wall charger’s electrical requirements, completed competently and efficiently. His good planning resulted in an excellent outcome! I will be having him come back for other unrelated electrical work that I need done.

Kaleb from Mr. Electric was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my Ring doorbell, explaining that house chimes can sometimes cause problems. He disconnected the chimes and made sure the doorbell had the right voltage — all done in under an hour. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and Mr. Electric!

The tech who did the work, Clayton Kelly, was friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained what was happening and the corrective action he recommended. He did exactly what we agreed upon and showed me the work and how to utilize it. He was first class.

My tech, Dylan, was excellent. We discussed what I wanted, he explained the process, my options and his recommendations very clearly. After deciding how I wanted to proceed (with zero pressure or upsell), he prepared my quote. The work was entirely satisfactory and he left the place clean and neat, explaining everything that was done and asking if I was satisfied. He was also very friendly and professional.

I appreciated that Mr. Electric sent a picture of the tech so I would be sure who I was letting into my home in advance, called to tell me when he would arrive, (specific time the day of arrival, I was given a general window of four hours when I booked the appointment) explained the fees for the quote if I didn’t decide to accept the quote, and sent an invoice reflecting payment immediately after the work was completed the same day. A+ experience with the company and my tech Dylan. Thanks!

I had my electric off for 11 days because of a storm that came through October 24th and it blew down a tree in our backyard. That did a lot of damage to the electrical. Oncor came out to turn the power off, and told us to call an electrician. So I received 5 estimates all of them were so high. Myself and my partner are elderly and I’m disabled and on Oxygen 24-7 but when we called MR ELECTRIC AND that’s when I got to meet Jake! He put in the estimate I was trying to decide to go ahead with the appointment due to financial issues with getting it financed! The company has gone beyond and cut us a deal so we can get the power back on and our deductible was 5,000 Needles to say we have our power back on! God bless this Mr Electric company Thanks to Jake and his team did an excellent job! I have been waiting for some miracles and boy did they come!! Thank You Mr Electric!!!

Jayden and Rhett did an absolutely amazing job replacing our breaker box and labeling our new panel. Both of them were positive, courteous, respectable, and professional.. We would recommend them to anyone needing their service. They freely answered all of our questions and educated us about things regarding our homes electric system that we did not know. Let Mr. Electric help you because he knows what he’s doing!

Erik was a breath of fresh air. Very polite and courteous. Hand shake with eye contact...love that. Very knowledgeable. Changed 2 faulty breakers and added a surge protector. Job well done!

Jake did a great job installing our Ring Doorbell and he made a beautiful plate to go behind it. He then assisted me with downloading and installing the software. Awesome customer service!

Mr. Eric was very amazing. He came in detect the problem and fixed it fast. Very respectful and I will hire him again if I need any lettuce work done.

Michael and Rhet were great. Solved a tricky issue, very congenial, felt very comfortable thinking about more work with them in the future.

The repair to my meter base was prompt, thorough and accurate. The technician quoted reattaching it to my house and other repairs. After authorization, he took charge of the situation and expedited the repair. He kept me apprised of the progress annd arranged for the code inspection the next day. A different technician arrived early the next day and waited for the inspector. Mr. Electric is a professional company and I would highly recommend them.

The guys who came out to do work on my home were absolutely outstanding! One guy name was Ray and i don’t remember the other guy name. They were very very professional and very knowledgeable about their job. They made sure i understood every detail and always asked questions to make sure i was satisfied throughout their contract here. They gave me recommendations on what they thought would make my home safer as well, regarding electrical issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I really really appreciate those guys and wouldn’t hesitate asking for their services again if needed. I also will be recommending them to anyone who also needs electrical work/ light fixtures installed. I’m a truly satisfied customer, thanks Mr Electric!
