Moden Green is the great landscape company I have ever known. I wonderful. The beauty they creat is awesome! Thank God for blessings us with the insight of God's grace.

As soon as I joined our HOA board, I discovered that we were paying ModernGreen roughly $9.5k per year to maintain our very small common area which seemed absurdly high. This consisted of $8.5k for lawn and flower bed maintenance and about $1k for “irrigation repairs”. Over the next 6 months, I started paying attention to the services that were being performed to make sure they matched what was outlined in our contract. It quickly became evident that we weren’t receiving all of the services we were paying for. For example, we were paying for monthly hedge trimming and weekly weeding of the flower beds. These services were only performed a few times during the entire year. They also set our sprinkler timers incorrectly costing us thousands in wasted water bills. In addition, they provided us with an estimate to replace some bushes in our flower beds at a price of $10k. I asked a couple of other landscapers to quote the same project and they all came in at around $3-4k. It seems to me that ModernGreen was taking advantage our prior HOA board’s lack of involvement and oversight. I would NOT recommend using ModernGreen.

Joe is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and provides quality advice and landscaping services. His team did a great job completing the job, were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again.

The owners of Modern Green, James and Joe come highly recommended. Both have worked in this field for more than 30 years. Their crew installed for me an irrigation system last year and was the best decision ever made. Joe knows exactly what he's doing when he and his crew installed the system. Then afterwards Joe was patient when it came to showing me how to work the panel. Modern Green and crew have always been professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done.

Joe and his team at Modern Green did a stellar job with the design and layout of our outdoor living space. He took our ideas, threw in some of his own, and produced a product that we think is wonderful. Joe was very patient with us putting together a master plan and allowing us to break the process into different phases to help with budgeting. When additional ideas for changes or additions to our yard in the future, Joe and his team at Modern Green will be our first and only choice.

Modern Green has provided residential drainage and associated landscaping services for me and my next-door neighbor. Modern Green owners and employees exhibited excellent knowledge of landscape project planning and execution. They listened closely to ideas and concerns in developing a plan for the projects and were careful to adjust if necessary in the implementation of the plan. They were well-organized and worked hard in completing the work and were willing to tweak the completed work, when necessary. Most importantly, Modern Green's completed jobs have met the original objectives - they have worked - in a way that had minimal adverse effects on our landscape features overall.

The worst Landscape company in the DFW area, hired employees that don't know what they are doing. Cut your Plants, they forget areas of grass that they have to mow, and look closely at your home windows and poison areas that do not need geed killer and then they paint them, what a joke

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. One of their vehicles struck my parked car in my residential neighborhood and left the scene without stopping. The incident was captured on camera, and a police report has been filed.

I have called the company multiple times to try to address the situation directly, but no one has returned my calls or responded. Because of the lack of response, I had to file a claim with my insurance.

Accidents happen, but accountability and communication matter. Unfortunately, I have not received either from this company.

Very pleased with the service and attentiveness we received from Modern Green as they designed and completed our landscaping, cleaned up a mess someone else made and trimmed our trees. Everything looks beautiful! Highly Recommend!

We used All Star General Contractors for a complete bathroom renovation, and we could not be more pleased. They were very timely, on time every single day. We absolutely love our bathroom, and would use them again. The workers were very, very tidy. Each day, they left everything neat and swept. Communication with the contractor was more than excellent!!!! We have done a few remodels with contractors, and this is a five-star company!
