We just completed a bathroom remodeling project working with Ron and Marshall Construction. It was a very favorable experience. We have high standards with regard to attention to detail and quality workmanship. Marshall Construction delivered on these two critical elements, as well as maintaining the project schedule and meeting the cost target.

These days, this is an exceptional accomplishment. A mindset of excellence and customer satisfaction extends from Ron through his entire team. Everyone cares about the quality of their work. They truly take pride in meeting the sometimes lofty expectations of their customers.

Marshall Construction updated our kitchen and two bathrooms and did a fantastic job. From the very first phone call through completion of the project we were treated as if our project was their most important. Ron Marshall is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and true to his word. He kept to the schedule with minimum disruption to my home. Ron Marshall & his crew turned our 1960's retro kitchen into a beautiful, modern kitchen with awesome custom cabinets, the perfect color stain and wonderful granite countertops. We recently had our bathroom redone, and Ron and the Marshal team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the project, provided regular updates on timelines and costs, and were easy to get ahold of when needed. They are easy to work with, and provided great perspective and advice on our decisions, and helped our vision become a reality. Also - and this is probably one of the best aspects of this project - their work crews and subcontractors were the most professional, cleanest, most organized crews I’ve ever seen. The disturbance to our home (dust, drop cloths, materials) was minimal, and I was impressed with the care they showed for their tools and for our home. We are very happy with the work they have done, and it was a wonderful experience working with the Marshal team. Highly recommend, and we will be glad to work with them again in the future.

When our shower door shattered we took it as a sign to move forward with removing the bathtub to make an extended walk-in shower. Marshall Construction Company made the process easy. Ron and his team were attentive and great to work with. They completed the project in a week and a half and the finished shower is simply beautiful. Best decision we ever made. Thank you Ron!

We built our home 25 years ago and it was definitely time to remodel. We wanted to remove a load-bearing wall, double the size of our kitchen, completely change the layout, replace flooring throughout the home (expect bedrooms) and repaint everything. I met with several companies and asked them to provide estimates. Some of them were outlandish and completely outside our budget. Others were within our budget, but we were offput by those companies and their representatives for various reasons (slow response, late for meetings, etc.). We asked Marshall Construction to provide an estimate because of the great reviews they received from past clients. Andrew DeJong was our assigned representative and we worked with him throughout the project. We chose Marshall Construction because the cost estimate was very reasonable and within our budget. We also chose them because Andrew was incredibly reliable and easy to work with. From the time we tentatively agreed to go with them in September 2023 until the project was completed in March 2024, Andrew and Marshall Construction were trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of our project was expanded several times based upon our desires and they seamlessly adjusted to meet our needs. Andrew was always transparent and candid with us. Any time we called with questions (day or night and on weekends), he was quick to respond and provide the needed information. Every employee that worked on our home was talented, hard-working, and very friendly. I was impressed with their relentless work ethic and the quality of the product they produced. Ricardo and the other craftsmen do amazing work (paint, flooring, etc.). We chose large format tile for our flooring. The tile is difficult to install because of the length. Regardless, they did a great job, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Any punch-list item we identified was immediately corrected without complaint. The custom cabinets are top-notch (construction, installation and finish). Overall, I cannot recommend Marshall Construction enough. They are a great company, and their employees do excellent work.

What can I say about Marshall construction.....whoa what a great company to work with.
I wanted to convert my garden tub into a shower and convert the existing shower into a linen closet.
Ron is great and walked me thru the whole process, including what to expect, products they use and why they use them and an itemized invoice.
Marshall construction wasn't the first company I contacted but none of the others provided the details that Ron did and wanted alot more money too.
Once I sat down with Ron I knew I found the right company and felt confident and safe with the decision.
Andrew and all the members from the different crews (tile, plumber,carpenters) were professional, friendly and polite and did great craftmanship.
The crews arrived on time, worked efficently and treated my property with the utmost respect.
In the future, if I needed any construction/remodel needs I would contact Marshall construction first.

Ron and his team are true professionals. This is my third time using them, for both big and small projects. They are considerate of my home and money. Ron is always quick to let me know what any new idea I have will cost and I appreciate that very much. I trust them implicitly and know that they will do a great job every time.

When we moved into our Fort Worth home, we had a primary bath with a space for a bathtub but no tub. Tiles were missing where the old tub was and there was plumbing that had been removed.
I had specific ideas for a replacement. Ron from Marshall Construction guided me through the process made suggestions that I’m glad I listened to. The results were everything that I imagined. I’m incredibly pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and promptness. I already have another project that they will work on. It’s nice to have a contractor that you can trust completely.

I can't say enough good things about Ron Marshall and his team. It was a pleasure to work with Ron, Andrew, Albert and the rest of their crew. They did a complete primary bathroom renovation for us, including rebuilding the shower, custom cabinetry, all new tile, paint, fixtures, lighting, etc. and we are extremely happy with the results. The crew arrived on time everyday and put in a full day's work until the project was finished. Ron was there regularly to check on the work and make sure we were pleased with the progress. Communication was excellent every step of the way and I appreciate how skilled and experienced everyone involved was. Ron's integrity is without question and he did everything possible to insure that we were satisfied with the finished project. Ron and his team did a wonderful job on converting my garage into a new apartment for my mom. From the planning stage, to ordering supplies, to the final finishing touches everything went smoothly and easy. Communication was great throughout the project and my mom loves her beautiful apartment!

My husband and I had a bathroom remodel this month. We called Ron with Marshall Construction because of all of his five star reviews. He did not disappoint. His crews were all very professional and did a fantastic job. They protected our carpets and clean-up every day was great. The prices were very reasonable and they met the planned deadlines. We love our new bathroom including a new tile shower with a granite seat and clear glass, new faucets and shower head, and granite counter tops, etc. I would not hesitate to call them again. Everyone, including office staff were friendly and professional. Give them a call.

Marshall Construction Company totally remodeled our master bathroom recently and from the get-go, things went quickly and smoothly. Ron Marshall came to survey the dated bath and listen to our wants and needs. Within a few days we had the detailed estimate in our hands. Ron, Albert the job foreman, and the crew worked from Monday, January 5, until Friday, January 16, when they completed the remodel. At times, Ron and Albert discussed how to best achieve some of my special requests (bathtub with air jets), and did so. They had excellent suggestions in selecting tile; tub and shower fixtures; but most importantly, adapting the jetted tub to its new home! The bathroom is beautiful and the crew were always pleasant and polite. Danielle, the office administrator, was very helpful in finding products I just "had to have" in what will likely be my last master bath remodel! The real treat came when Danielle told me "the cleaning ladies" would arrive Friday as soon as the crew departed. These ladies thoroughly cleaned the "new bathroom" and our master bedroom--dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bedspread, ceiling fan, pictures--everything; and that meant we could sleep in our clean bed again! Furnishing a cleaning crew is a thoughtful gesture and process to provide--especially by a man!

We were tired of the small laundry room coming in from the garage. So, we asked Marshall Construction to create a new laundry room using part of the garage and convert the old laundry room into a mudroom. The initial contact and estimate process was quick, the detailed review and material selections process was thorough, and the project start, and completion went as planned. Ron and team listened to our ideas and provided helpful tips for a successful and beautiful transformation. Ron kept us informed throughout the process and met our “demands.” We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank You!

My mother, who is disabled and handicapped, was taken advantage of by Perry and his company. Services were promised that were not completed, materials were switch without her knowledge, and he refused to come and fixed the inadequate work of his team. No, come to find out, he put a lien on her property.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! BEWARE!

Wish i could give this no stars, they have the worst customer service period. The owner, Perry, will talk to you as if you are going to war with you, as if you are beneath his feet. They lie about the final price of the project, and talk about unprofessional. He will give you a receipt on notebook paper that is hand written. What ever you do, do not get him to work on your project. The worst thing about this whole experience is that my insurance agent referred me to him. Please don't make the same mistake.
