My wife & I started looking at the Riverside development in New Fairview a couple of years ago as we started thinking about down-sizing. While we liked what we saw, it was too far west from our families in Justin, Ponder & Davis, OK. Late fall last year - we decided to execute the sale of our current home and find one that suited our requirements. We started exploring developments in Denton county and found the Rocky Top subdivision and, after our visit with Amanda (Sales Manager), we stopped looking at other developments. Working with Amanda, Cassy & Christina has been great! Although the home was substantially complete when we executed the contract, Amanda worked with us on some options for the range top & carpet. As to the post-close process, all "punch list" are addressed effectively. And during the awful freeze we had the fist week after we moved in, Jared (our building manager) was so very helpful making in making sure we ready for it! All that said, we ABSOLUTELY love our new home & very happy with our Riverside experience!!
I have worked with many builders during my real estate career & rarely do I get the pleasure of leaving a positive review. Working with riverside has been a great experience. Everyone we worked with was extremely polite, patient, understanding, but first and foremost, had my clients best interest at heart. You can’t say that about many builders. I’d be more than happy to work with them again, and look forward to when that time comes.
The entire process, from the initial showing with my client to closing, this was such a quick and positive experience. Sylvia Caprio, the sales rep with Riverside, is simply THE BEST! She walked us through everything regarding the home. From how it was built right down to the pest control easy access, she knew everything and was able to answer any questions we had. The preferred lender, Barry Wolzen with American Bank & Trust and Leah Paty with Trinity Title took us over the finish line in record time. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had. Thank you Riverside!
