Were very professional and nice guys! I've tried a lot of lawn care people but no one has done a better job then onit lawn. my lawn has never looked better!

Started out great. After 2nd mowing did not respond to calls or text. Was told in beginning we are disabled and had to have someone dependable. No communication for 3 days, finally heard from him and said he would be out that day - 9pm and still hasn't showed, called or text. Very sad because he is a nice person and did a good job. Just not dependable.

Carlos stopped showing up for no reason and failed to return our texts or voicemails for weeks, despite the fact we paid within 1 hr of receiving our invoices. Meanwhile, the grass continues to grow. He also showed up at really late evening hours unannounced. If you want a hugely unreliable, unprofessional service that you can't depend on and who are not insured, then these are your guys!

Watch out for the fake reviews. Do you really think a reviewer who has only left 1 or 2 reviews on their whole google account has decided that their only review should be 5 stars for ONIT?
