Poor customer service, unsafe driving by employees. I was driving on the freeway today when a truck from this company cut me off. I attempted to call and report the unsafe driving and whoever answered the phone was rude and dismissive. The man I spoke with told me that it was him that cut me off and that he did it because I would not let him over. This man did not have a blinker on nor indicate that he needed to merge into my lane and when I explained this to him his response was “no I didn’t because I ran out of time.” When I asked if he was the owner he responded and told me he wasn’t but that he was on another phone call and didn’t have time to speak to me and hung up on me.

Have had nothing but great service from Pool Logistics! He replaced my pump and filter, rewired my electric because the original wiring was not done correctly. Repaired a couple a leaks in my skimmers and Everytime he was here he was nothing but professional and kind.

I had called to schedule an appointment for a leak issue with our pool and before coming out, the gentleman gave us many other options to try before making a service call. It’s very rare to find a business that will help you try to resolve the issue before coming out. Thank you so much. Highly recommend you calling them 1st.

Pool Logistics Review
I normally don’t leave reviews but my husband and I had such a horrible experience we wanted to warn others. Our pool equipment was struck by lightning and for the most part wasn’t operable and the equipment was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. We decided that since we were updating all of the equipment we would also replace our plaster and tiles for purely cosmetic reasons. We hired Pool Logistics to do the work. Djevat was hired to do the work and we had issues from the beginning. First of all, the equipment that was installed wasn’t what we had agreed on and was inferior to our current equipment. He had to replace the pump twice upon our request because there wasn’t enough force for the spa jets to work. It still isn’t working well. We asked for our warranty and operating manuals for all equipment and we were told there wasn’t any that we could go to you tube for operation instructions. He said the warranties were implied on the receipt, which raised an eyebrow.
The day the plaster was completed my husband came home to find spider cracks all along the walls and we were told this was normal. We were never advised to expect these, only told they were normal after the fact. Djevat added chemicals to our pool that stained all the tiles and refused to clean or repair them. He was rude, disrespectful and does not stand behind his work. Every time we had a question about the results we were concerned about, we received an excuse in return. If our spa return did not create the bubbles necessary for which to enjoy it, Djevat told us that everything was the same as when he started.
We spent $15,000 to have our pool remodeled and have had nothing but issues. We now have a pool leak that will cost several thousand to repair and he is not taking responsibility. In fact, when he spoke to my husband he became so irate and said he is tired of our complaints and he will charge us $100 to come to our home for any service from now on. He said that his plastering team has lost money because they have had to return to our home because we called them back. They left a mess. Our pool deck was never cleaned of the plaster that is still on it and is stained. The bottom of the pool has uneven plaster, easily visible to the eye. The crew had to come out multiple times because there were issues that the tile was not complete, or there was a piece of our overflow spout that they had broken, or the socket that the Polaris was to hook up with was the wrong one. They never would have corrected these problems if we had not brought them up. They would have just left our back yard a disaster.
The reason Pool Logistics had to spend so much time on our pool is that they had to correct their work multiple times and replace equipment that didn’t work. I should not have succumbed to Djevat’s pleas for final payment because he promised to stand by his work which he has not. I would warn anyone about this company and plan to spread the word of their shoddy work as well as pursue legal action. If you have ever suffered from dealing with a difficult contractor that made every make-right feel like pulling teeth, you will feel right at home with Pool Logistics. If this is not for you, I would advise you to look elsewhere for pool repairs and remodeling.

I recently had a leak at the skimmer Djevat went above and beyond to get the job done right. It is rare to find a company that from the start you just know you can trust. Owning a Pool just got a little easier.

I'll update my Post after My third visit tomorrow. This was back in April. After a new pump, new control panel and some new plumbing, I'm still having problems. I hired them to get my pool back to normal operating condition. My NEW pump will not hold a prime and will not pull enough water from my main drain/skimmer to run the pump. DJ did come back out on several occasions to try and fix the problems. He is very good at customer service, but either I'm to picky or we had miscommunication what normal operating condition is. He did work hard and fixed other issues as they occurred. Very nice guy just wish I was operating normally as I would love to hire him again due to his excellent customer service. Probably not though.

Outstanding service! Very knowledgeable advice on our total pool renovation. Their whole crew went above & beyond to guide us & implement the rejuvenation of our 30 yr old pool. Excellent work. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Solve the problem why the pump would not prime. Told us what repairs needed to be done to fix the air leaks. Gave us a quote for the repairs. Set up an appointment to do the repairs, let us pick the time and day. Excellent work. I am satisfied, able to spend less time keeping to pool clean now that the pump will prime. Good work on the repairs.

Djevat did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my pool pump and filter issues. He was polite, knowledgeable and reasonable. I finally found a good pool guy after many years of dealing with amateurs and dishonest people. Very happy with Djevat, Pool Logistics and would recommend them highly.

I have used Djevat exclusively for several years for all our pool equipment and service needs. Recently our pool started losing water during freezing weather. He helped me quickly winterize the pump and filter to protect the equipment. After the thaw he diagnosed the water loss and immediately replaced a malfunctioning multi-port valve. I respect his advice and am confident in the solutions he recommends. It gives me great peace of mind to call on Djevat with any pool problem and know he will be there to help us.

I can’t say enough about this company. He returned my call within hours on a weekend. He came out and fixed our leak and started pool replaster and remodel within 24 hours. We were so impressed with their work we are setting up weekly pool services with them also! I would definitely recommend this company! 5 star rating for sure!
