Zach with Bliss Pools has been servicing our in ground pool since April of 2025. Our pool was a complete disaster full of algae, etc. at the beginning of the season. He did a fantastic job getting it completely sparkling clean and swim ready in no time at all.
He has continued to service it weekly and done a super job.
He is courteous, knowledgeable, and all about customer service!

I tried to hire Adam to come clean my windows at my home early in the week (Monday). I have a job that I was gone til the end of the week. He said then lets make it Friday between 8-9. Never showed up. Gave him benefit of doubt. He said he would bring 3-4 guys later on the day between 2-4. At 3 o'clock I called and asked if he was going to make it, he said can't make it again. Lets do Monday. Twice no show. Monday morning it rained and got a message saying to wet. Txt later to see if he was going to try and come by later in the day. He again said no and would have to make an appointment later on the week (now going on a week since the first call). I felt I was not even close of a priority and told him I will go somewhere else. He did not even blink an eye and all he said was "blessings." I was little upset and when I told him, as a customer I was not happy, that's when he started preaching to me and saying I need to read the bible. He has no idea who or what type of person I am! I was being judged by a contractor who did not keep up with his agreement for a job. Instead, I got excuses and berated to read the bible and was being passed judgement on. I'd look for someone else.
