Excellent customer service and speedy response! We called at 8am on a Sunday morning after another company failed to keep our appointment the day before. Metro was there within an hour! Very friendly staff and fair pricing.

I called early this afternoon for same day junk removal and yard waste removal. I told him i had to have it gone today and he found time to help me out. He showed up when he said he was going to and was very proffessional and polite. The removal was very fast. The pricing was fair and i will definitely do business with this company again!

Jason was on time, professional, and did an amazing job working with me on getting rid of a lot of stuff. He communicated well and was very professional. I will use his service again when I come back from Iraq.

Would highly recommend for household odds and ends that are too big/broken to move yourself. Jason was extremely professional, punctual and responsive. He was able to move two couch sectional pieces out of my house and into his truck bed. I will call them again if I have similar needs. Thanks again!

I called Jason at 7:45am to have various leftover renovation debris removed. I didn’t expect an answer that early but he picked right up, gave me a quote over the phone and was at my house before lunch.

He was courteous and professional as well as expeditious in his work.

We were in a bind and Metro Junk & Trash Removal Service helped us out in a big way. We called them the night before our final move out day and Jason was there the next morning 15 minutes early. He showed up on time, on a Sunday morning and for almost half the price of the other option. I will use their service again and I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm glad to have them in DFW.

I called several other companies before I came across metro Junk/Trash removal. If I would've found them sooner. I know things would have been done sooner but luckily I found them.
We set up a time, and they were here the next day on time and got right to work. I Truly appreciate all of thier Hard work and professionalism.

This is the second time I have used Metro Junk and Trash. It was for yard (tree branches) removal this time and general garage clean out the first time. Jason is so nice and polite. His prices are more than fair.....he is prompt.....
and he does such a good job. I will certainly use him again.

I've used this service for years and Jason has been absolutely great! he's helped with garage clutter, constructions debris, old furniture and even a damaged fence. Always reasonable price, friendly and flexible on time schedule. I would recommend Jason's service with zero hesitation!

I called Metro this morning at 7:15 am to request the removal of an entire garage of moving/furniture boxes and associated move-in debris. I received a call back within 10 minutes from the owner, Jason. Jason asked if we would be available to have him come at 10:30 am. Jason showed up before the 10:30 am appointment and had everything hauled away and the floor cleaned up in under an hour.
I highly recommend Metro Junk and Trash Removal. They are honest, prompt, and efficient.

Jason was wonderful! Within 45 minutes of me calling (on a Sunday afternoon) to have an old sofa removed, he was at my door step. Metro is very affordable and reliable. I will be using their services again!

These guys are great! I called Sunday afternoon for a quote and to schedule pickup. I sent photos of what I needed to dispose, within the hour they had provided a quote and sxheduled me for 10a the next morning. They arrived early and made quick work of loading up the trash and junk I had. They were in and out in an hour. Definitely will use them again!

These guys were awesome!! Highly recommend them to help haul off unwanted junk around your home! We hired them on August 31st to help us get rid of a whole bunch of things in our garage, as well as our backyard in order to get moved out of our home. They were on time, responsive to messages, and reasonably priced. If you need someone to help you haul junk off your property, these are the guys for the job!
