No experience with the company being in my home, but the drivers need to pay better attention when they are pulling out of customers driveways, and be a little bit more aware of their surroundings.

I have an ocean of carpet in my two story home. We have 5 adults and 4 dogs living here through Covid-19. These guys were quick to respond, gave me a great price, and did a fabulous job. I saved them to my phone, I will be using them again!

Our home was built in 1949, we recently replaced the HVAC System and did a complete remodel of the home down to the studs. The home still had that old musty smell. Mike came out and cleaned and sanitized our air ducts. There was a lot of old debris, dust etc. removed. The musty smell is gone and I am sure this will help with my horrible allergies. I have used Mike for years thru our moves . I me Mike when he worked for a local big name company. I was impressed with his professionalism, care and attention to detail so when he went out on his own, I followed him. He is honest, very hard working, professional and a guy of integrity. His work never disappoints!

So glad l chose Generation Carpet Cleaning Company. First of all they were on time. Next the job was complete when they said it would be. I guess like anyone else l love the outcome as well as the price. Actually pricing was very affordable. I recommend this company any day. I am very pleased with the customer service and the results. Mike was exceptional, he kept me informed, was on time, and made my grout look like it was brand new! Price was reasonable and much better than their competitors. I would absolutely recommend them!

I don't normally do many reviews, but this company deserves it. --And I am not a family member or friend do this to help them.
I just took a chance from googling and looking at reviews. I was plesantly surprise about responsiveness; actually answering the phone, a flexible scheduling. We had a short window to work with between tenants.
They were able to complete carpet stretchng and cleaning with wonderful results! ( And this was fairly old carpet)
The helpful nature of Mike cannot be overstated. I was working there by myself and he assisted me in turning on the water at the meter (the smart ones look different) and troubleshooting a power issue I had on the hot tub. I know they can't promise that in all situations, but his helpful and possitive attitude and grace was much needed and appreciated!

INCREDIBLY impressed with the quality, the professionalism, the speed and the cost. Could not be happier. I filled out the web form and they called within an hour, were out less than an hour later and did my whole house within another hour!
