This is the second time we have used Generation, and I can say, the floors in our house look better than when we moved in! Mike does exceptional work and the attention to detail makes all the difference. Our tile and grout and carpets look immaculate. We will never use any other company and you shouldn’t either.

These guys are fantastic! They came out and helped me understand how to clean my unique upholstery and how chemicals are bad for it. Then they reversed the damage done to the couch from former cleaning people. My couch is all one color and looks amazing! And their prices are competitive/reasonable!

These guys are awesome! Mike has come to my house several times now, and is always punctual, communicates well, and does a fantastic job. I've used a name brand carpet cleaning co. for many years and paid a fortune. Generation is a great value for what you get. And they are able to get stains out that the other co. couldn't. I can't recommend them enough.

I've used Generation Carpet twice and have been extremely pleased. They are very prompt and professional, calling 30 minutes prior to arrival. Their prices are fair and they do a thorough, excellent job. They have recommendations on carpet/tile care going forward. They also will clean vents and do restoration after extreme damage. I own a rental property in Fort Worth, but I reside in Houston. Michael's company was referred to me by a friend. I needed the carpet to be replaced in 2 bedrooms. I contacted Michael and he went over to look at the rooms to take measurements. He followed up with me and sent pictures of carpet samples and pricing info. The new carpet was installed in one day. Michael was very professional and responsive in a timely manner. He also checked on information on painting for me. I highly recommend Generation Carpet Cleaning.

Carpets and rugs were restored to like-new condition, vents were cleaned out and upholstery on two pieces of furniture was completed with excellent results. Some places ask for a Google review, but he did not. This is a review on my own. I will definitely be using Generation for the years to come. We have 3 dogs and the carpet was 1.5 years old with some really good stains. ALL were gone when he finished. Michael was very responsive and came out the next day with a great price. Use Generation Carpet Cleaning and don't bother with the big name companies!

Mitchell is very responsive and punctual. He came the same day I called for a quote and got my carpet stretched and cleaned just a few days later, after I had my rooms ready. The carpet looks fabulous after the work. I’m very happy with their service—A+++!

Mike and Jackson did such a great job with my mattress and white couch. They even got out a stain on my mattress that I thought was there for good. On top of that, they were super friendly and easy to talk to. Really happy with the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend and are now my go-to!
