We’ve used Backyard Butlers in the past and they’ve always done a great job. This time was extra special as we know they’re usually booked a couple months in advance especially in spring. However, I reached out on Monday asking if they had any availability this week because we had a tragic death in the family and we’d be hosting friends and family quite a bit. They responded within 30 minutes and had us on the schedule for the next day. Then they continued to adjust the schedule and were able to come out Tuesday morning so we’d be ready to love up on family during this time. I realize having a clean patio is a small thing when you’re dealing with the unexpected loss of a loved one, but everyone at Backyard Butler was kind and supportive and we deeply appreciate that this is one less thing we needed to deal with amongst everything else.

I clearly plan to use in the future, likely on a routine basis.

I could not have been happier with the service provided by Jon and his team at Backyard Butler! They did an amazing job with cleaning our patio and artificial grass. Everything looked brand new when they were done, and was certainly well worth the price. They also got us scheduled very quickly, and the whole process was super easy and user friendly. We’ll definitely be using them in the future when we need our backyard area cleaned up again!

Backyard Butler was Amazing! Our backyard looks new again thanks to Vince and the crew! Our tile looks new again. The outdoor furniture, cushions, ceiling fans, umbrellas and grill were all cleaned so well! We will be using you guys again soon! Great job!

I use Backyard Butler every year and they do a great job of cleaning the patio and getting it ready for spring. Some companies say they do it, but only power wash everything and call it a day. Backyard Butler actually cleans, power washes, moves furniture, etc. the way it should be done. Big thanks to them and Caleb for helping out today.

Wow! Backyard Butler did an amazing job! They were working so hard and made my house look so restored and back to clean for the spring. This company literally performed such tedious thorough tasks that I would have never even thought was a thing to clean! I am so impressed with the great crew and company, will be a long term client and I am regretting that I have not hired them sooner!
