Fantastic service and will use again. BT team cleaned my outdoor spaces which included furniture and cushions, gas lanterns, mud daubers off the ceilings, grill and stainless steel appliances and stone veranda. The cast aluminum furniture looks brand new and the shine has remained. The stone behind the grill was returned to its original condition which I thought was not possible. Their cleaning products have a clean pleasant fragrance. It took me 2 years to get my husband to agree to try them. He was reluctant that things would get broken and he would not be satisfied. Dez relieved him of his hesitations and came through in shining colors, true to his word, thorough and as promised. It's such a pleasure to sit outside now and we will be scheduling regular appointments to open and close our outdoor spaces. Lupita was also very professional and polite and a pleasure to speak with.

Excellent service, so so happy! The crew came out and power washed my back patio, all the furniture, my driveway, sidewalk, and even cleaned some algae buildup on the columns of my pool.
They checked with me before they left and when I pointed out 1-2 small things or asked them to do something extra, they jumped on it. Super impressed with how they have trained their crew to be service oriented and to care about and value their clients.
I am using them again this Friday for my garage and windows. Side Note: I did not use them for the outdoor cushions as I had removed them and washed them myself. Also, Lupita, (office staff), has been nothing but a pleasure to work with and does everything in her power to be accommodating and helpful with the scheduling. She is a gem!

Backyard Butler did an amazing job! My outdoor living area has never looked this clean — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their backyard looking its absolute best!
