I’ve been with ABC Pest Control for over 10 years. I’ve had several technicians through the years that were good and not so good. Madison came late last evening and he was here for at least 20 or 25 minutes and did a thorough job. Very pleased with his attitude And desire to work. He gets an A+.

After receiving a deceptive and misleading inspection report from a competitor, ABC Home and Commercial Services gave me a second opinion, which provided me with accurate and truthful information. I do not actually have a rodent infestation, nor do I need expensive services. ABC Home and Commercial provided peace of mind, and clearly did not want to scam me out of a bunch of money. If you are looking for honest people who deserve your business, ABC Home and Commercial is your company!

These guys do a spectacular job every time they visit the Mineral Wells Golden Chick, I have never had to worry about pests. They wipe out an leads to any pests before they start. We work in an area where crickets and gnats could be a problem, though they know exactly what to do in order to keep this restaurant pest and rodent free. Thank you so much.

I had the absolute worst experience with ABC Pest Control Services, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.

On Monday, September 30th, I signed up for their service with Rayne, explaining clearly that we have a major wasp and spider issue around our new build home. We specifically requested that when the technician came out, they would need a ladder to reach and spray around the top of the house, where most of the wasps are nesting. Rayne assured us that he would note all of this and that our concerns would be addressed during the service visit.

Fast forward to today, and the technician, Miguel, arrived to service the house. When I asked him if he had seen the report outlining the main concern—dealing with the wasps and spiders—he said NO and claimed that they don’t handle that. I was stunned. I had to personally instruct him to look at the report, which he claimed had no details about the wasp or spider issues, even though that was the main reason we signed up for their service.

To resolve this, I called Rayne while standing in front of Miguel, and Rayne confirmed over the phone that these issues were supposed to be serviced today. Despite Rayne’s confirmation, there was no sense of urgency from Miguel. In fact, Rayne had to negotiate with Miguel over the phone about what could be done. What kind of service is this, where the technician has to be convinced to do the job he was supposed to do?

It gets worse. Miguel then had the audacity to lie, claiming there were no wasps around the house. When I pointed out that he hadn’t even fully inspected the backyard, he became visibly frustrated. Instead of doing his job, Miguel got angry, walked off, and said, “I’m not doing this.” He proceeded to get in his truck and drive off! Rayne, who was still on the phone, heard this entire exchange.

Miguel is by far the laziest, most unprofessional technician I’ve ever encountered. His behavior was beyond unacceptable. ABC Pest Control should be ashamed to have someone like him working for them. If they had any standards, they would fire him immediately.

This was my first time using ABC Pest Control, and it was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pest control company. The lack of communication, the incompetence of their staff, and the horrendous customer service are beyond belief. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and taking to other social platforms to make sure others are aware of the nightmare service ABC Pest Control (Ft. Worth) provides.

If you're considering ABC Pest Control, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Incompetence, unprofessionalism, and horrible customer service seem to be their standard.

Awesome job by Jack! Woke up to winter like weather this March morning. Only in Texas. Couldn’t get the heat to turn on. Placed one call to ABC, and just like that Jack came out the same day. Jack provided thorough and friendly service. We even signed up for yearly maintenance. All set for Texas weather. Much appreciated!

Wonderful company. They delivered every time! We have used them in two different locations and have always been pleased. They rescued us withing weeks from a terrible situation with roaches that another company could not do (and charged much more for) in months. Wish we had just stuck with ABC every time. From now on, we will!

I've been a satisfied customer of your pest control services, but I’m disappointed in the recent lack of follow-through. I reached out for an exterior home service quote, and while someone did come out to inspect, it’s now been three weeks with no estimate provided—despite two follow-up calls on my end. This lack of communication and delay is making me strongly consider switching to another company that values my time and business.
