Arbor Amigos did an awesome job on my trees. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t just come in and hack everything back — they actually took the time to trim each tree properly and shape them the right way. You can tell they care about the health of the trees, not just making quick cuts.
Professional, thoughtful, and thorough. Highly recommend if you want your trees trimmed the right way. -
Gerado is easy to work with and makes sure everything looks great! Highly recommend

Very responsive. Very thorough. Very easy to communicate with. -
I recently had junior and his team do a sun drain system to my house was having foundation issues and excess puddling.
Since then I haven’t seen and puddling and my house feels even more protected.
His crew was excellent , price was extremely fair and communication was top notched as he explained how it all work and throughout the process
Completely satisfied and highly recommended -
Junior is great to work with. He is professional, diligent and honest. I am always satisfied with the work he provides. He gets things done quickly without compromising quality!

Gerardo and his team promptly installed a large amount of turf in our backyard. No real grass would grow because of shade and it had become a muddy mess. The turf has completely transformed our yard and allows us to spend a lot more time outside.
Gerardo communicated clearly throughout the whole project and was willing to amend things as potential issues arose. -
Gerardo (Junior) Lopez and his Jardinero, LLC crew have been working on several projects involving landscaping and drainage for two years.
Jardinero crew members are very professional, extremely polite and careful with gates and doors to keep our dogs safely confined to our property. They always left their work areas neat and clean at the end of the day. We had no concerns having them work here while we were on vacation.
Gerardo always met with us before starting each phase and outlined steps to be taken, expected timeline and was sure to keep us informed of any delays. He consulted with us and our fence fabricator on the best design for a challenging section of the yard. He also directed a stonemason on designing curbing for the flower beds and under the new fence as well as steps and a pedestal for a garden statue.
Upon completion of each phase, all extra dirt, rock, materials and other debris were hauled off and disposed
Work has included
Correcting drainage problems around the house and foundation
Laying flagstone walkways between our house the neighbors.
Digging out overgrown flowerbeds including a huge Yaupon holly that was way past it’s prime.
Prepared and leveled ground and laid pavers for five different areas around our property..
The paver area in front of the house required cutting and removing part of the existing front walkway.
Prepared a large bare area and laid three pallets of new St. Augustine sod.
Prepared a large area in the front yard and planted new ground cover.
Prepared new beds and transplanted a large area of Cannas -
Highly recommend Juan and his team!

Lack of response or follow through! A person came to our home on 1/25 and turned the project over to another person who visited our home on 2/8. I haven't heard back from either and made a follow up phone call 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. Questioning if they're still in business. And if they are, Fort Worth is built on relationships and when a business cannot follow through with a potential customer (for whatever reason), it is totally unacceptable.

I had West Fork Landscapes install landscaping, sod and provide weekly maintenance on my property. The landscaping rotted at the roots on some shrubs, the sod was continuously diseased and died in many large patches. I paid for new sod to be patched, but did not cut enough of the old grass out to make it work. Meanwhile, I was told that part of my weekly service someone would be monitoring lawn health and communicating to the proper team to come out and address issues before too much damage was done. It seems like these issues could have been prevented if they were doing what they sold me on. The owner (Christine) refused to answer my questions that I asked multiple times about why I wasn't getting the service I was promised and dodged most of the questions and blamed it on being short staffed. She also claims to have an expert horticulturist on staff who didn't know what he was talking about. He couldn't identify root rot telling me to water my shrubs more, wanted to send soil off to A&M for analysis even though it was clearly gray leaf spot, etc. If my story doesn't say something about the quality of service, then I should refer you to my neighbor who used them as well and their front and back yards had giant dead spots.

Not happy! The wood they used for the fence around our pool equipment was of poor quality. They enclosed two of our sprinkler heads behind the fence and never returned to relocate them. They severed the electrical lines to my outdoor landscape lighting and were not willing to pay for repairs, or to do them themselves. And they never returned my call asking how to treat the red spot fungus that quickly developed on the hydrangeas they had planted.

In April '21, West Fork was paid to repair our sprinklers. Many were replaced but still they never fully worked. In April '22, after multiple heads continuing to break/not pop up or down, I had another company look at our system -- they said the heads were all worn like they'd been in the ground 10 years. It didn't look to them like any work had been done.
Also last year, I signed a bid with West Fork to reroute our drainage after turning down two others that were higher. After they did the work (they never stopped the work to talk thru the issues), they tried to charge me thousands more than our signed agreement.
They also put in plants I did not want, including my least favorite color that I very clearly stated not to use. I would have had them replaced immediately but they didn't bloom until this Spring, well after West Fork had been fired.
