Jennifer was on time and I went over a list of items to clean in each room. She didn’t waste anytime getting started so I left her to it. I would definitely recommend the company. Great communication and follow up. I have a one bedroom, one bath, kitchen apartment.

Polished Cleaning Services was a lifesaver. My cleaners were suppose to clean on Friday and they called and said they couldn't make. I had a party scheduled on Saturday. Called Megan at Polished and she was able to send Jennifer out the same day. Jennifer did a professional job! I highly recommend Polished Cleaning Services and Jennifer!!!

I have used Polished Cleaning for years and appreciate the consistency. If my main housecleaner is unavailable, I know I’ll be contacted and given an alternative time or have someone else fill in, or choose to skip if that’s what is best. I don’t have to do extra work tracking down a new housecleaner. They listen and assist in resolving any issues or concerns. If you would prefer a different cleaner or have a special request, they handle it in a professional way. There is a quick feedback link for every cleaning to make sure you are satisfied, and you can change cleaners anytime without having to set up a new account or figure out payments. I see people post in local Facebook groups asking for a cleaner because there’s failed to show or moved away. It is such a hassle to get started with someone new. With Polished, you don’t have that problem. I use Polished on a bi-weekly basis but have added extra cleanings or skipped cleanings as needed and they can handle all the communication for me. It is an excellent service and has been a great customer experience. I definitely recommend using Polished Cleaning.

I waited a year and a half to write this review. Full disclosure, I know the owner from high school and didn't want to leave a review until I felt confident that it was unbiased. The service and pricing are great. I use Polished twice per month and I've only ever had to point something out once (missed microwave). Otherwise, I have been very pleased every time they've cleaned. I can recommend Polished based on price and service alone. However, there are several other reasons that I gladly recommend this company. It's female owned. The owner truly cares about her people/contractors and helping other women. It's business, but it's a nice plus to support a person and company that not only does what they say they will do, but does other things the right way too. I've been using "D" and Jenn for a year and a half and they are not only diligent and trustworthy, but personable and likeable. If you are looking to try a service/new service, I highly recommend Polished Cleaning.

We began using Polished Clean in June 2024 after a home purchase in Fort Worth. Previous owners didn't exactly leave the house clean and then the mess of moving in - so you can imagine what it looked like. Our cleaning pro spent 5-6 hours here on her first visit and everything sparkled when she was done. Pro comes every two weeks and the house is in great shape after each clean. Also, I called about 6 other cleaning services upon the move to Fort Worth and Polished Cleaning had the most reasonable rates.

I have used Polished for 2 months now, subscribing to a once monthly cleaning service of our 3 bedroom home. Their staff are referred to as "pros" which I secretly kind of love.
Our first pro was prompt and kind. She had a gentle way about her that made conversation easy. She worked diligently and removed pictures from our photo ledge to clean each one individually.
After she had gone I noticed a few missed opportunities and noted them in my feedback regarding the service from that day and thought no more about it.
I was soon contacted by someone from the administrative team who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
A different pro came for our next cleaning and we were blown away with the attention to detail and level of care provided. The cleaning was incredibly thorough and the pro clearly has a heart for service.
More than having wonderful employees, Polished understands and delivers an exceptional experience. Their customer service is brilliant from the pros in the front line to the support staff. We are so pleased to have found them!

We had high hopes since the customer service and reviews are so good. The chemicals and smell gave me a headache within 15 minutes of being home, we had to open every window in the house. They did not even fully vacuum every room. Our laundry room and doors were not even cleaned. The toilet was still dirty. They dusted and cleaned the lights, the fridge, and the microwave well.
Update from 1 to 3 stars: they reached out to me and offered to fix the rest of the house and a discounted rate. Great customer service!

Keeping up with cleaning the house was getting overwhelming between all the other things going on in life. Having the team come once a month to clean helps free up time for other important things. They even have come back the next day if something was missed.

They show up at the house at the time specified and clean the house to my specifications. If there is something I wish changed, they change it while still on site. If they leave and I find an issue later, they return to fix it. Individuals are always professional and do not interfere with me while I work from home.

I have never had a problem with whoever comes to clean. The few times I have needed to change my appointment it has been taken care of right away.
I would recommend them any time!!
