We have previously used individuals to clean our home and have had issues with consistency, reliability, and quality of work. Since HCCA started, we've had a completely different experience. They are always on time and do a great job. Of course, no one is perfect! When something was missed or not cleaned to our expectations, they immediately take care of it. I have never used them as a cleaning company. I have now gotten a complaint from my HOA because they have left a flyer on my door that I was unaware of. My neighborhood has a non-soliciting sign at the beginning and my door has a non-soliciting sign.
