I highly recommend Kleenit for anyone looking to clean their house. We use them every month for our apartment and have loved it since our first communication with the owner. Their work is great!

The number one mistake I made was that I agreed to an hourly fee of $100 for three workers. I only wanted them to be at the house for 3-4 hours. I only asked them to clean the master bedroom, closet, and bathroom. It was messy- I told her that and sent photos. The bathroom needed a deep clean but the closet and bedroom did not. There were probably 30 to 40 pieces of clothing to hang up in the closet- that's all that was done in the closet. When I asked Esther how much it was she said $850! You MUST be kidding me! It wasn't even very clean- I was told they could organize AND clean but please read this- they DO NOT know how to organize. Another issue- they spoke only Spanish so I had to be free from anything I had to work on so I could answer their questions. I was so confused that I agreed to pay $500 but honestly, that work should have taken a good cleaner 3-4 hours. Not 3 grown women who took 8.5 hours! When I complained to Esther about the slowness, she stated that she has heard that before. So, basically she knew she sent super slow workers to an hourly job.

To make matters worse, one of my diamond earrings is missing as are my Chanel earrings. So, using a new company cost me well over $1600! Even though they are insured, she refused to make anything right. I would seriously think twice about hiring them, especially by the hour.

I went on thumbtack and found Kleenit facility management.
The lady that was sent was Libeth. She had her hair back, makeup nicely applied and a very clean light blue uniform. She took pride in her appearance and it showed in her performance on my apartment cleaning. Throughly cleaned and even organized the counters in my kitchen and my bathroom. Very pleased and will use the same company again probably once a month, hopefully the same employee that cleaned my apartment. They are not cheap but so worth the quality in their work.

I needed an urgent cleaning due to my regular one being out. Despite the request being in the holiday peak season, Esther was able to assist me quickly when I contacted them for a same day appointment. Within a couple of hours, the ladies arrived with their equipment and cleaning products. They cleaned my 2.5 bathrooms very good. Thank you Tania and Carmen!

When the 2 young ladies showed up and earlier than scheduled, they were very friendly and easy to welcome in. They followed instructions and were sure to ask if it was okay with doing certain things before they just did it. I had a deep cleaning this first time and they took their time to ensure they did a thorough job. I was very very pleased with the results! I opted to continue using their services bi-weekly and was able to keep the same ladies moving forward.

Did a wonderful job cleaning my mother’s house in Fort Worth after she moved to assisted living. The whole house shines.

Thanks to Kleenit Facility Management LLC for a marvelous move out deep cleaning (Tanya). They were very attentive to my needs for my house closing. Everything looked spotless and yes I will be using them in the future and referring friends and family. Thanks to Esther for getting me scheduled for the cleaning. I was feeling overwhelmed but she made the cleaning schedule work for me.

My house looks wonderful!! The girls were so sweet and went out of their way to make sure every detail was done! Even the paper towels had stickers! I couldn’t wait to book them every other week! Best Christmas gift ever! 🎄❤️🎅🏼

Rozlin and Liz came to my house today and all I can say is Wow!!! I've used several different services before and they went above and beyond. They got on ladders to clean my fans and my vents. They took apart toilets to get every inch clean. I could not be more happy and will definitely use them again. if you're contemplating hiring this service, do it! The rate was super fair and the work was exemplary.

After reaching out via email twice, once on the website chat, and leaving a voicemail, I finally heard back from Jenn after nearly 2 weeks. I made it clear what we were expecting and the dates we needed it done. After 10 emails back and forth, we were finally told that they couldn’t meet our request. At least she wished us luck trying to find somebody to do a deep clean on our house!

Everything was perfect! I appreciate it and will be setting up the next cleaning soon.

Jenn’s team (Brayden and Dulce) did a great job on the initial deep clean for my MIL. Great communication, showed up on time, and easy to schedule. The house looks great and we look forward to seeing them next time.
