This was my first experience with Jenn’s cleaning service. She was referred by my neighbor and I’m glad I contacted her. Rosa & Berenice did a fantastic deep clean of my house. We are so pleased with the results and plan to book again.

I've been using Jenn's Cleaning Service for about a year and it keeps getting better with time! They are so accommodating and flexible. I travel a lot for work and often have to rearrange my cleaning schedule. They've never had an issue with changing dates and they always do amazing work! They clean the way YOU want them to which I love because I've used other cleaning services that don't listen to me when I say how I prefer to have my house cleaned. Jenn’s Cleaning Service is the best! They are timely and professional, and my house is sparkling clean. Rosa and Sulchy work with care and detail. On their first visit to my house they found an expensive watch that I figured I had lost forever. Very happy.

We have been using Jenn‘s Cleaning Service for about eight months now. We have them come every other week to do maintenance cleans and they deep clean maybe every few months. They have been wonderful! They communicate well. Let us know if they’re running late and always do a good job and are good about taking notes as needed. Look how cute they left our paper goods!

I hired Jenn’s Cleaning service to do a move out clean of a rental that I was in the process of moving out of. Caroline and Karla did an amazing job! The house looked awesome and they were extremely detail oriented and thorough. I would love to have them start on biweekly cleanings soon. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

TL;DR: ultimately I feel that Jenn resolved concerns and provided a resolution. But I still want to provide my honest feedback regarding my experience for others.

Jenn came by before booking to do a walk-through of my house, which I appreciated. She had to reschedule the initial appointment because she double-booked herself, but that wasn’t a problem for me, she communicated that clearly.

On the day of the cleaning, the ladies who arrived were polite and courteous. I had to leave for an appointment partway through, and when I returned, they were finishing up. They mentioned I could do a walk-through, but while I was checking the work, they left. After looking around, I noticed several areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Many picture frames still had dust, there was grime left in one of the toilets, and other spots we discussed as part of the deep clean (like mirrors in the living room and the floors under the bathroom cabinets, windows not wiped down) had been missed.

I took photos and immediately sent them to Jenn. She responded quickly and offered to have the team come back either that evening or the next morning, which I appreciated. Later that night, I received 2 confirmation texts that they’d return at 8 AM the next day. The cleaners had also left some supplies behind in the house.

The next morning, I prepped for their arrival, but by 8:57 AM they still hadn’t shown. I had an appointment at 9:30 (I’m 40 weeks pregnant), so I texted Jenn to cancel the follow-up clean. Jenn wasn’t rude, but her response did make it feel like the delay was being framed as an issue with my expectations, referencing an “hour grace period” from their disclosure. Even allowing for that grace period, it had been an hour since the scheduled time, and no one had arrived. I also think it would have been clearer if the confirmation text stated an actual arrival window (for example, “8–9 AM”), like most other service contractors do.

I understand that mistakes happen, but I also believe that when correcting an issue, punctuality and clear communication go a long way.

Jenn did offer me a discount after the cancellation, which I do appreciate, and I feel the situation was ultimately handled as fairly as it could be. However, I wanted to share my honest feedback. In my opinion, the cleaning itself felt more like a standard clean than a true deep clean. Several details that should have been addressed were left undone, and that was disappointing given my expectations and our initial discussion. Especially after following her page on FB for months and seeing her posts about attention to detail.

Overall, I appreciate Jenn’s willingness to offer solutions, but the service quality, overall communication and follow-up execution left room for improvement.

We have used them for years. They are great at communicating, do a good job, and the teams work well.

Terrific team of women. Superb job. So professional and hardworking. Would definitely this service again.

They do not have carpet cleaning available. I thought maybe if I purchased my own just for them to help out but was not an option.
