I couldn't imagine ever doing business with these people my daughter worked there for a short time. She has 3 children and when I became ill she just had to quit her job. Anyway with her not being able to work she applied for food benefits and was asked from DHS to have Josh the owner to fill out a form needed to complete the application process and she received the form filled out from Josh the owner and he had decided to give his opinion. On the form he wrote that my daughter was perfectly able to work and she just wanted benefits. He knows absolutely nothing about her situation and was completely out of line by saying that obviously these people who own this business seem anyone that works a housekeeping job or any body who has to give up on their job is doing it to collect food stamps. I dont know anybody who thinks that living with some temporary benefits provided by the state is going to help you buy a house or clothes for the kids. Josh can stick it up his. .... he is a pathetic excuse for a man

The Maids...y'all rock! Although there were a couple things that got over looked. All in all these ladies did an awesome job. Would highly recommend this company.

do not trust these people they will tell you one price on the phone and then when the service gets done, they will try to charge you double very rude people do not trust them

The only place that will clean by the hour starting at 1 hour and not base it only on the size of the house. They show up with a whole team amd are flexible to your needs. Very impressed and grateful.

They were on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my disaster of a house. I can’t tell you how much this is appreciated. Company coming and now I won’t be exhausted and will be able to enjoy them.

Technically they do come and clean...and they are very nice. However, they are not allowed to use the tools necessary to actually complete a deep clean. No razorblades, no iron wool, no bleach or ammonia.

Definitely NOT worth $180 unless you just need someone to sweep and wipe down counters.

Josh was very responsive and accommodating, noting my preferences and concerns to share with the cleaning crew. The team estimated 1.5hrs to clean and completed within 2hrs, which is a reasonable overage. Great communication and satisfactory work. Will use again.

I’ve never had a cleaning service before but due to health reasons my daughter convinced me to give it a try. The first time they came to do deep cleaning 4 maids came in and worked nonstop till they finished. My house cleaning had gotten away from me and really was a lot of work. We just had them for the second time choosing the bi-monthly visits. Today 3 maids came and where just as thorough and nonstop as the first team. My house looks great and I have more time to do other things. One of the ladies said today, that them coming to help is like a self help activity for me. I like her thinking! The office staff are awesome to deal with and will work with your schedule to accommodate their visits. Thanks to The Maids for everything!

They cleaned so fast! Even got all the pink out of my shower

We have been using The Maids for some time now and I have been very happy with them! Selina who usually handles the scheduling is so kind and helpful and the cleaners are always on time and friendly. They work very quickly and the one time I was being overly picky about my floors they immediately sent someone out to assess and remedy the situation. Highly recommend this The Maids!
