I paid for a deep clean. It was $225 for a 2001 sq ft house. She sent multiple girls and allotted for 4 hours. Bugs were left in window seal, it looks like they just moved the dust around instead of wiping it completely off, in-the room where they left the bugs in the window seal they did not dust the nightstand either. Baseboards were not done, doors were not wiped down, leather couch not wiped down and they turned my ac down to 69 and left it on 69 and did not turn it off or back up. I have a black lab, so his hair is everywhere. If I’m paying that kind of money for a “deep clean” crucial things should not be missed.

The results of my apartment was absolutely amazing, it smelled so fantastic and spotless. I will definitely be hiring them again. Booking was fast and quick and had availability immediately. Fantastic job ladies!!!

I wanted to give a big shoutout to Jenn's Cleaning Service!!!! Brayden, Marcy & Lyndsey came today to clean for the first time. They were so kind and so nice to our sweet pup, Curly. The house looked amazing and spotless when they got done. They even took me around the house at the end to show me what they had done! I highly recommend them! In 2018 we purchased our home and discovered the previous owner left it in no condition to move in. Since we had movers already scheduled in 48 hours, we scrambled to find someone to deep clean our home. Jenn's Cleaning Service was up to the task and came the next day to make our home move in ready. We haven't used anyone since then. There employees are kind, very responsive, and pay attention to the details. Not only does our house smell good when we get home, the little details make us smile.

Jenn’s Cleaning Service/Naomi and Tiffany were amazing today! For our very first clean (and a house that hadn’t been really cleaned in… a while), they took their time and made sure it was absolutely spotless! Between the dog hair, toddler mess, and every day life, we definitely needed some help and they were wonderful, just in time for family to visit this weekend! My home smells amazing and the things were tended to with a detailed eye. We will definitely be having them come back on a regular basis!

My wife has been asking to hire a cleaning service for a long time now, so we finally decided to move forward. We were referred to Jenn's in January and Lyndsey performed a much needed deep clean for our house and we were blown away by the thoroughness of the cleaning. We just had our second cleaning with Lyndsey who has done a spectacular job both times. We are now on a monthly maintenance schedule and it is worth every dollar.

We’ve been using Jenn’s Cleaning Service for a while now and they always do a wonderful job in a timely manner. Jenn is very responsive and the ladies are always courteous. They were also my go to company when I sold my previous home. They did a stellar job at move-out cleaning. Rosa and Lupe did an awesome job on our last service.

Rosa and Debani did an amazing job and my biggest concern was my baseboards and they were glowing when I came home! I was just getting a deep clean and now I am setting up a regular service because they are so good I can’t pass up having my home this clean all the time.
