They were right on time and took the time to walk through the house with me to see where my biggest concerns were since it was my first cleaning. Easy to work with, and very professional. We had Brianna and Kelly come to our home. They were very professional and pleasant. Our home looked and smelled amazing. They cleaned baseboards, to mini blinds, to even making up our beds. Mop & Broom best cleaning service i ever used. Came home and it was immaculate. Deep cleaned blinds. Floors, wiped down cabinets and walls. Can't get any better cleaning than these guys. TEAM #3 ROCKS!

Hope was awesome and deserves a raise!! She cleaned my home for maintenance by herself even fixed some issues that the girls who deep cleaned 4wks ago left behind.

Extremely disappointed in the services. When I tried to speak with someone from the business about my concerns I was told that, “people have different expectations of clean” - even after providing photos of areas they claimed to have cleaned in the report. Melissa was rude and extremely unhelpful. Very unprofessional business.

Bella & Lauren were so nice and did a great job. Ceiling fans, tub, floors: they all look so good! Would def hire again!

Mop & Broom did not disappoint. Melissa was able to schedule a first time visit as well as a deep clean for me within just a few days. Kaci and Bella arrived right on time and after a quick walk through went right to work. They did so much for me. Everything was so nice when they finished. Like a new house!! I'm so happy and I can't even say enough good things about those two. They made a perfect team as well. Fantastic job y'all.
