I just used mop and broom for the first time and Hope did such a fantastic job! My home looks cleaner than I’ve ever seen it! I am so incredibly happy with how well she did. My home smells amazing, she used pet safe products, and no detail was missed. Additionally, Hope was so kind to my pets. This isn’t a requirement but it meant so much to me. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Xavy and Jenn do a great job for me. They are kind, courteous, and efficient.

Jacquelyn, Xavi and Tabitha did an amazing job on a post-construction cleaning. It was so dirty and dusty but they made it look new. Highly recommend!

I booked a cleaning with this company for my 500sq apartment. Later in the week, I was informed by my doctor that I would need extensive workup and physical therapy for an injury I have and could no longer afford cleaning services. I let the mop and broom know Tuesday at 7:45 AM for a cleaning that was supposed to be Wednesday at 3 PM. I asked them to call me back. They texted me saying they have a 72 hour cancellation policy and I would be charged 50%. No where on my initial phone call or the emails with the mop and broom does it mention a 72 hour cancellation policy. The man I talked with on the phone when I booked the appointment said "we are a great company because we have no subscription or membership and you can cancel at any time." To the mop and broom - I urge you to go back and listen to that initial phone call if it was recorded on your line and please give me a call back. Mainly just disappointed with the lack of transparency. If they give me a call back I will come back with an update on how that phone call goes.

Update: The owner called me, listened to the phone call between me and the initial person, and was able to come to a solution. I appreciate that she called me personally.

We love the way Lashaun takes care of our home. We look forward to her schedule day at our home.She is very detail oriented and very nice and treat our home and our pets perfectly-

I did the move out deluxe clean and it was great. All windows crystal clear including all my blinds and window jams. And we have a lot. Vents, baseboards everything like new and ready to sell.

I've used mop and broom three times - for a move -out clean a couple months ago and now for a recurring monthly clean. They are always so thorough and professional ! I love their work . Special shout out to Lashaun and Hope for their excellent work !

We ordered the deluxe move out cleaning and the team did a great job! It was so easy to call and schedule the appointment. They worked with my realtor since I’d already moved. Expensive but worth the peace of mind!

Never on time, cleaning quality inconsistent and mid, every single cleaner seemed to have been trained differently, and they screwed us on our initial deep clean. Made us pay for it TWICE, but we NEVER truly got one: they split it in half, SEPARATED it by a WEEK, and sent ONE person for the second half.

I'm genuinely pissed off about how much money we spent here and how little we got in return. We desperately needed some assistance and we feel like we got screwed instead.

Hope and Jacquilin did such a phenomenal job on our house. I swear everything id SPARKLING! They really went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We will absolutely be asking them to come back monthly. They were also so kind and sweet (and funny!) And they were so kind to our animals which is really important to us. Our house not only looks beautiful but smells incredible without the chemical smell. My husband and I can't thank them enough

I needed a one time move out clean for a three bedroom 2 bath apartment . Mop and Broom was actually able to schedule me super quickly which was a huge plus. Jacquelyn and Tabitha did an outstanding job really prioritizing what I needed. It’s always a bit intimidating for me to hire someone I haven’t used before but I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone.

We used Team Hope ( Hope, Wendy, & Lashaun) for Move Out cleaning, and they exceeded expectations. The place was filthy and they tackled it fearlessly and with upbeat banter. Hope explained we needed more time than originally allotted and her estimates were accurate. I highly recommend this team to anyone.

We were blown away. “The bathroom was so bright you have to wear shades.” Kaylee and Wendy did an amazing job with the deep cleaning of our home. They scrubbed the doors, baseboards, chair rails, bathtub and shower to bright white. They did a great job meticulous cleaning our 12 windows and blinds. The kitchen and bedrooms were spotless. If you can request two professionals from Mop & Broom to clean your home, ask for Kaylee and Wendy. Honestly.
