Appreciate the ease of scheduling and communication with the office. Cleaner arrives on time with reminders and arrival notice. I am able to customize the frequency of visits and which areas I prefer to have cleaned. Highly recommend this service.

Terra is consistently fantastic at cleaning our home, and our dog adores her. She is thorough and patient, friendly and focused, all a delicate balance that not everyone can strike well, but she sure does! Thanks to Terra and Cowtown Maids, we keep our family's health and sanity intact with a spotless clean that is super easy to maintain between her regular visits, and prior to her services, I could NEVER keep up with our shower glass, so that's really saying something. Now, it sparkles!

As an out of state parent of two college students living in the area, Cowtown Maids has been one of the BEST monthly expenses I factored in. Superb Cleaning!!!

My experience with Cowtown Maids has been stellar! I needed their services after I had water damage in my home. Air drying fans stirred up dust from the removal of baseboards, flooring, etc. The issue was causing respiratory issues for me and my senior dog.

I reached Caitlin when I called asking about if their service could help me. I knew I found the best service with Cowtown Maids to treat my home after talking to other cleaning companies. She scheduled a deep cleaning for my home with a waiting time of only two days!

Amanda and Alex did a phenomenal job of cleaning my home! My home was meticulously cleaned and polished! I was very impressed with the care and pride they took in their work. Thanks to them, my home was clear of all the dust and film that had been a problem.

I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

Always punctual and very accommodating about scheduling. Work was very thorough and detailed. We have had other cleaners in the past, but there were always issues with lack of detail and scheduling. That is definitely not the case with Cowtown Maids.

We cannot say enough good things about Venise. She goes above and beyond and always leaves our house looking beautiful. Our three young kids are always excited to see her because she is so sweet to them. We love her!

Diana was amazing! Not only did she do an amazing job she put up with my loud dogs. To some hiring a cleaner might just be a normal maintenance bill but for me this was a rescue! I needed help to get out of a funk and get back on track! Diana did that today! From calling and making the appointment to the finished result everyone was amazing!!!!!

First time hiring cleaning help, and Cowtown Maids was great! They come with a checklist and walk through the house with you at the end to ensure needs are met. Amanda and Alex were very nice and polite. Can’t wait to have them back soon.

At first, I thought the price was a little high. But they showed up on time, went right to work, and did a VERY thorough job. The ladies were professional and personable. I will be hiring them again on at least a monthly basis.

Cowtown does an excellent job cleaning my house. We have been using them for several years and through different housekeepers we have had considerate, efficient and consistent care. The owners are terrific and easy to work with.

Jessica did an INCREDIBLE job deep cleaning my apartment. She even left a little note saying that my cat was the sweetest baby ever (which is true). I felt like my living space was truly cared for, not *just* cleaned. They're super easy to work with, booking was a breeze, and I will for sure be using them again!

Had a team of three very business like ladies who hit this place like a whirlwind. They spread out each with her area and made fast but very good work of it. Walked by one doing the bath room and she was standing in the tub spending serious elbow grease on the walls. As usual after they finished, we were reluctant to move back in and mess the place up again. The Cleaning Authority and their dedicated crews certainly has our strong recommission.

This company is terribly run. I have been using them for almost a year and had several issues/poor service. When talking to the manager he is incredibly rude, makes snarky comments and generally just treats the customer terrible. I was requesting to try a different crew since I had been unhappy with my current crews work. He just wanted to blame my dogs for their poor lazy service. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and the lack of responsibility he took for the service I received. Steer clear of the cleaning authority if you value being treated with any kind of respect. When I told him I wanted to cancel my service he replied with, “Good, we don’t want your business”

Love cleaning authority! Very professional and arrive on time. Their cleaning schedulr leaves every area of our home sparkling clean. We have loved everyone but Martha and Xiomara lately have been leaving extra special personal touches throughout our home which we appreciate. We will be using Cleaning authority for years to come.
