This is the third time I have had team 6 at my house. Gloria, Marcela, and Maria always show up right on time with great positive energy and a professional attitude. They have done a amazing job everytime and leave with nothing missed. Just want to give a review to some hardworking ladies and thank them for such job well done right. We love Team #1 - Maria, Ludybeth and Jessica! They are so efficient and professional, and they always have a smile on their face. In such a stressful time - and a time when we are using our home spaces differently than before - we are grateful for all their help to make our home clean, comfortable, and organized. We love the Cleaning Authority model which ensures that we get a great general clean every time plus a deep clean of a different designated area on a rotating basis. And my daughter gets so excited to see how Maria, Ludybeth and Jessica have arranged her stuffed animals after each visit. :)

These ladies are amazing and very hard working. I like that they use green cleaners. My house smells fresh but not like bleach- I hate the smell of bleach! They are very detail-oriented and never miss anything. My ladies are Blanca and Elizabeth (Team #12). Great job, ladies! Would (and have) definitely recommend!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for a couple of months now and I am always astonished with their work. Team 7 (Thomara, Thalia, Karina) consistently do a phenomenal job and would highly recommend this team to whomever is interested in using the Clean Authority. It is always nice to come home to a clean house.

We love the cleaning authority! It’s nice to come home to a clean house. Our floors always look perfect afterwards. This last time we had Ana M, Paulina G and Maria C— our carpet look awesome. There is something amazing about coming home to a made bed too!

Our family could not be happier with The Cleaning Authority! Each week, we come home to a thoroughly cleaned house - with no detail spared - all the way down to a thoughtful note and cute toilet paper flowers. The whole house smells amazing, the floors and appliances are sparkling. Team #10 - Rocio, Margarita, and Teresa - do a fantastic job each week, leaving our home sparkling and tidy.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority Fort Worth for 4 years! All the ladies have been absolutely great, thorough, friendly and they leave the house in fantastic condition. Most recently, Sonia and Blanca did a spectacular job cleaning, leaving no surface untouched! I am so happy with this company and their customer service.

Edit: We have to update our review from the one below because The Cleaning Authority called us a day before our cleaning was supposed to be done to tell us they couldn't continue offering us their services without any sort of explanation or contingency plan. Very unprofessional and unexpected.

So far our experience with The Cleaning Authority has been awesome! Ana and Graciela have done an absolutely wonderful job every time and are very good about going the extra mile! We're very happy we found them.

We have had several people clean over the past 10 years but The Cleaning Authority has been the best. The cleaning crew that comes to our house does great work. We are always excited to see Sonia, Blanca and Megela. They are very courteous and very professional. They are a real asset for The Cleaning Authority.

We've been using the Cleaning Authority for at least three years now. We started out at once per month then swithed to 2x per month. It's been the best decision and we won't ever go back. It really contributes to our quality of life. We also love our Team #8. Thanks Sonia and Blanca for doing such a great job!

My Team the last 2 weeks has been Jhomara and Thalia, Team 7. They do a really good job and clean very thoroughly. I receive email and phone call reminders of their scheduled cleaning times. I have just over 2100 square feet and they are here about an hour and 45 minutes. For that, I pay $215. I wish they were not quite so high but I do think you get what you pay for and they do a very good job for me.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for 10+ years. I can count the times I have not been totally pleased on one hand and those have been minor incidences. The owner, Jack Reynolds, is also prompt in returning my calls and very helpful to assist me with scheduling issues, usually to add an extra cleaning day occasionally. The true superstars here are the girls on my cleaning team

And Heidi is so energetic and works HARD! These two women are a pleasure to have in my home and I truly appreciate their hard, excellent work!

I have not had a cleaning service in years and was so looking forward to having that burden lifted for me. The ladies of Team #2 are amazing and very hard working. I like that they use green cleaners. My house smells fresh but not like cleansers. Kelli, Keis and Alexis are very detail-oriented and didn't miss anything. Great job, ladies!

Don’t do it! I signed up for my home to be cleaned with Mike, a representative of the Company. All went well on first clean. I felt price was competitive for what I wanted. From then it went downhill. Communication or should I say “no communication” was my biggest issue. I left several messages and email with the call center, but never received a return call. Finally I got in touch with Mike and he was the rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He got very upset when I expressed my concern about communication and said he would cancel right then and we were not a good fit for each other. Well he never advised the cleaning team not to come and they have literally have shown up the past month twice on their assigned cleaning date. Beware! If I could I would not even give them the one star but not an option to choose. It is sad that these cleaning ladies are trying to earn a living and the supervisor/ manager cannot even communicate with their own employees.

Out team #8, Sonia, Blanca, and Celeste, are wonderful! We were reluctant to have people come in to clean due to COVD, but this team is fantastic. They wear masks the whole time and it is such a relief to have the house cleaned so well. Part of the problem for us is that we have kids doing college online and obviously they can't have people in their rooms during their classes, and they can't have someone vacuuming upstairs during their classes or they won't be able to hear. Our team has been super helpful in terms of working around the kids' schedules. It is challenging I'm sure but they are so gracious and flexible about it, which I really appreciate. Also they clean efficiently and do a great job overall. We have two dogs and a cat and there is a lot of hair to pick up! I am also picky about everything in life so for me to be happy with them says a lot. Definitely recommend highly.

I just started using this service and when Sonia, Blanca & Ludybeth #team8 came to my home they were very pleasant, they were also so nice to my animals, which makes it easier to have someone in my home. They just drove right in to cleaning my home. They did an amazing job and were very respectful to my home and to the things in my home. I don't think my floors have ever been so clean :) I am very pleased and look forward to have them back.

We have had bi-weekly cleaning for a couple years now. Our team is Angelica, Blanca, and Celeste. They do such a great job! They are so quick but still thorough. I am always excited to come home to a beautifully clean home. The only negative I can say, and this is so minor, is that they don't always put everything back where it was. Rearranging bathroom rugs is the least of my worries. We had a different team once a couple weeks ago due to the holiday, who also did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

The manager named Mr Charles kept attempting to withdraw money from my account long after services were terminated. I had several different teams come to my home & none of them spoke English fluently. It was hard to communicate with the cleaning ladies. Mr. Charles admitted to failing to add me to the emails confirming my scheduled days. The ladies would show up unannounced. Mr Charles attempted to charge me for them showing up unannounced; knowing he failed to add me to the email list to confirm their arrival. I am completely dissatisfied with the FortWorth office and the manager Mr. Charles.

I called this company and needed someone to come the same day with no notice they sent out team 9 the rates were really good and the girls were exceptional. I have never, and I wanna stress this, never had my house cleaned as well. Phenomenal job. Team 9 killed it! I mean CLEANED IT!

Maria and Heidi, team #3 are a great team and I would love for them to continue cleaning for me. Maria has been with me for quite sometime and she always does a great job!
